Safety education is an important part and research direction in the theoretical field of safety science,as well,safety education is also an important means of system safety management in practice.Exploring the model of safety education is the basis for the research,practice and development of safety education,which can lay a solid foundation for the establishment of a scientific and rigorous basic theoretical system of the discipline.From the perspective of cognitive theory,the core goal of safety education model research is to scientifically fit the safety teaching content with modern information technology,and provide people-oriented and efficient design methods and implementation strategies for safety education,which has great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the research on the current situation of safety education,education model,safety cognition and cognitive theory in the field of education,this paper focuses on the analysis of the demand of safety education,the exploration of the design principles of safety education,research on the implementation and evaluation system of safety education and empirical analysis on the application of safety education model,taking the construction of the general model of safety education and the research on the basic theory of application as the starting point,and guided by the development demand of the theory and practice of safety education.Through the methods of literature analysis,comparison,model,reasoning,interdisciplinary analysis and investigation and analysis,this paper constructs the safety education model,safety education demand analysis model,safety education design model,safety education implementation and evaluation system.Taking mine safety education supported by virtual reality technology as a case,this paper makes an empirical study on the constructed safety education model,which proves the scientificity and practical significance of the safety education model.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Overview of research foundation and construction of safety education model.On the basis of literature research and analysis,in order to build the research foundation of safety education model,this paper defined the basic concepts and connotation of safety education,safety education demand,safety education model and related theories,and analyzed and interpreted the cognitive processes of safety education,such as perception,attention and memory,behavior and motivation.On this basis,considering the characteristics of safety education,in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information dissemination and cognition in safety education,the safety education model is constructed.In order to improve the operability and integrity of the safety education model,this paper combs 4 macro elements,13 meso elements and 31 micro elements from the two dimensions of space and time,and briefly expounds its application significance(2)Research on the demand analysis of safety education from the perspective of cognition.Taking the content demand analysis and method demand analysis of safety education as the core elements,this paper constructed the demand analysis model of safety education,discussed the basis,methods and steps of the content demand analysis of safety education from the two aspects of subjective demand and objective demand,which is used to guide the practical work of safety education demand analysis;According to the differences between the safety education objectives and the personal situation of the educated,the results of the needs analysis of safety education methods should be adapted to the contents of safety education.(3)Research on safety education design system from the perspective of cognition.In order to improve the effect of safety education and guide the management of safety education,the design principle and design model of safety education were studied on the basis of cognitive theory and information dissemination mechanism,and 5 kinds of elements of safety education information dissemination were combed,which can provide guidance for practical work.On this basis,the safety cognitive strategy education and the content of safety education were analyzed.This paper constructed the meta model,research paradigm and framework of safety cognitive strategy education,and the key points of safety knowledge education,safety skill education and safety attitude education were expounded.The analysis of safety cognitive strategy education and safety education content has important theoretical significance for improving the safety education system and promoting the quality of safety teaching.It plays a positive role in promoting the safety autonomous learning and lifelong learning of the trainees,and has strong practical significance for the intervention of safety behavior and the promotion of safety literacy.(4)The implementation and evaluation system of safety education was studied.By setting up reasonable safety education objectives,exploring the safety education tasks under cognitive load and the autonomous learning methods of the educated,this paper analyzed the implementation strategies of safety education.Focused on the pre-evaluation,process-evaluation and result evaluation of safety education,the safety education evaluation system was constructed.(5)Development of virtual reality safety education system and application demonstration.Taking Guangxi Gaofeng mine as the research object,a virtual reality safety education system is constructed.In order to effectively disseminate safety knowledge and enhance interactive safety education,safety education activities are carried out based on the safety education model constructed above,aiming at different safety education objectives and educated,combined with traditional safety education methods and virtual reality technology.Through the control experiment,the virtual reality safety education system is effective and lasting.The application of scientific safety education model can change the safety education status of underground mines,and can effectively evaluate the safety awareness and risk aversion level of miners in the future.It proves that the safety education model constructed in this paper is operable and effective.
