| With the constantly development of nature education,tourists’ demand for nature education is getting stronger.People have a growing desire to get close to nature.Forest park is a main place for city and outskirts people’s leisure and entertainment,its natural environment brings people physical and mental relaxation.Therefore,the development of nature education in forest parks has spatial advantages,and has great significance for its development.This paper takes the tourists in Beijing forest Park as the research object and combines the advantages of natural resources in forest park to explore the tourists’ cognition and demand for nature education in forest parks.And use data analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods to study the topic.Firstly,on the basis of literature reading and analysis,this paper analyzes the situation of nature education and development domestic and overseas,and summarizes the related concepts of forest park.Secondly,use the big data analysis tool to analyze and sort out the data of tourists’ online travel notes.To understand the public perception of forest parks and nature education from a gaze perspective.The analysis found that the tourist gaze on the forest park mainly focused on "forest park","activity","route","viewing","ecology","exercise",etc.and the public’s gaze on nature education mainly focuses on "nature","expansion","children","activity","tourism","facilities","entertainment",etc.Then through two questionnaires to study the tourists’ demand for nature education.The first questionnaire is to investigate the differences in the tourists’ use of forest parks and their understanding of nature education,to grasp the main aspects of tourists’ concern and demand.The SPSS24.0 software was used to analyze the characteristics of the tourists,such as short time spent in the forest park,high frequency of tour,moderate duration of stay in the park and various ways of travel.In terms of the understanding of nature education,most tourists have a certain understanding of nature education and are willing to participate in activities,whose purpose is to get close to nature,increase knowledge and live a healthy life.In the survey of the demand for nature education,the demand for facilities mainly include explanatory boards,signs and paved roads.The content requirements are mainly for artistic activities such as forest concerts,sports activities such as mountaineering,and agricultural activities such as fishing.And the demand for teaching form,it is mainly composed of manual creation,natural acting and five senses observation.The second questionnaire survey is based on the kano model to classify the tourists’ nature education demand level,and introduces the Better-Worse coefficient to draw a quadrant diagram of attribute analysis.It is found that the provision of paved roads and other five elements belong to the attractive demand,and the provision of relevant information through the brochures and other six elements belong to the onedimensional demand,nine elements such as providing relevant information through television and journalism are must-be demand,and seven elements including providing relevant information through popular science and graphic exhibitions are indifferent demand,eleven elements such as providing relevant information through We Chat and microblog are mixed demand.It can be seen from the above that for the tourists’ one-dimensional demand and attractive demand,if the above aspects can be enhanced when carrying out nature education activities in forest parks,the public’s satisfaction will be greatly improved.For forest park users and tourists,some indispensable facilities and activities need to be maintained to keep the public’s satisfaction and once these activities reduced,the public’s satisfaction will decline obviously.Through the research on the tourists’ nature education demand of forest parks,this paper can provide relevant guidance and suggestions for the management and planning of forest park in the future.First of all,the planning of forest parks should take the ecological environment and the demand of the tourists’ into account,and correctly treat the connection between human and nature.Secondly,the management of the forest park should based on the demand of the tourists and combine with the park’s own characteristics to improve the overall management level and attraction.And provide places and facilities for nature education activities,train relevant professionals,and provide conditions for the development of nature education in forest parks. |
