Harmonization Of Legal Norms Of The Energy Resources Of The Russian Federation With The EU And The BRICS

The dissertation is devoted to comprehensive research of legal norms of the energy resources in the Russian Federation and the harmonization of legal norms of the energy Resources of the Russian Federation with the EU and the BRIC.Its main priority involves foreign economic partners of the EU and the BRICS.The research covers the basic concepts and the system of legal norms of the Russian Federation’s energy resources.The contractual designs that formulate the international trade in energy resources of the Russian Federation are investigated.The legislative approaches are analyzed,and recommendations are formulated on the preparation and content of a foreign trade agreement(contract)for the sale(supply)of energy resources.The influence of international legal entities and integration associations on the development of civil legal norms of the energy resources is studied.Priority areas for the development and harmonization of civil law regulation of contractual relations between the Russian Federation’s economic entities and the EU member states and the BRICS international integration associations are identified.The research of the current legislation,judicial and contractual practices,as well as customs and trade practices,make it possible to formulate proposals for the development,improvement and harmonization of legal norms of the energy resources.This research will help create contractual obligations for business entities of the Russian Federation and countries participating in EU international integration associations and the BRICS.
