| Industry and residence are the two cores of rural settlement organization.In the "Internet+" era,e-commerce,as a new type of networked and virtual economic activity,has profoundly changed the production and way of life in traditional villages,and has created a physical form with Chinese characteristics — e-commerce villages.However,in the face of the highly complex situation of rural industry and human settlements in geographical units,there is not only an immature method system,but also a lack of construction "chaos" under effective guidance.It is worthy to put forward accurate and scientific "cold thinking" in the "heat wave" affecting villages by e-commerce.How to realize the "coexistence","integration" and "progress" of rural industry and residence driven by e-commerce urgently needs the support of relevant theoretical research and strategic practice.In view of this,the paper selects the leading and exemplary e-commerce village in Zhejiang as the research object,takes the "symbiosis theory" as the research basis,focuses on the core issue of "industry-residence symbiosis",and forms a technical route through six aspects of "theoretical basis-phenomenon interpretation-feature interpretation-cognitive framework-model guidance-empirical research".(1)Interpreting the "symbiosis theory" and defining the concept of “industry-residence symbiosis”.Based on the principle of biological "symbiosis theory",this paper analyzes the enlightenment of "symbiosis theory" on the development of rural industry and residence,and reveals the development connotation and research key of rural "industry-residence symbiosis" driven by e-commerce;(2)Analyze the evolution motivation and pattern of rural "industry-residence symbiosis" in Zhejiang driven by e-commerce.Taking e-commerce as the core,this paper combs the evolution context of rural “industry-residence symbiosis” in Zhejiang,analyzes the dynamic mechanism under the phenomenon,evaluates the dimensional characteristics of "time-space-community",and analyzes the evolution pattern of the spatio-temporal map of industry residence symbiosis;(3)Construct the "industry-residence symbiosis" system and mechanism of e-commerce village.From the four dimensions of "unit-interface-mode-environment",this paper constructs the "industry-residence symbiosis" system,and then summarizes the clues of productionresidence spatial integration and the symbiosis mechanism of combination,so as to establish the theoretical construction from phenomenon pattern to cognitive framework.(4)Put forward the construction strategy and optimization path of "industry-residence symbiosis" of e-commerce village.According to the actual needs of e-commerce village production-residence construction,this paper puts forward the construction modes of "township community","interest community" and "production-residence community",then explores the construction strategy of "unit-interface-mode-environment" symbiosis,and explores the regional and operable construction path from the five aspects of base,node,corridor,group and unit.(5)Empirical Study on the spatial pattern and construction of "symbiosis of production and residence" of e-commerce village.Taking Beishan village as a practical case,this paper explores its spatial evolution pattern,analyzes the current situation and problems,and summarizes the corresponding construction strategies,in order to provide some methodological guidance for the current practice of e-commerce village.Through the current appearance of the development of e-commerce villages,this paper deeply analyzes the essence of the evolution of industry and residence,summarizes the spatial pattern and growth path of "industry-residence symbiosis" of Zhejiang e-commerce villages,and tentatively constructs a cognitive framework and puts forward construction strategies,in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical significance for the sustainable development of a large number of e-commerce villages in China. |
