The Cultural Amenities Research Of Chinese Urban Community Life Circle

In modern times,culture is increasingly affecting all aspects of economic and social life.At the beginning of the 20 th century,the rise of the "cultural industry" and the carnival of popular culture represented a new era of cultural development.In the 21 st century,under the blessing of digital interconnection technology,the new cultural and economic forms represented by digital creativity,creative design,and content industry continue to iteratively evolve.Culture has more profoundly influenced the global industrial restructuring and competitive strategy transfer of cities,and has become the key to solving the "Thucydides Trap" and "Middle Income Trap",and strengthening economic hard power and cultural soft power.In social life,culture is embedded in all aspects of people’s daily production with the power of nurturing.The new urbanism and sustainable solutions represented by cultural scenes gradually replace the traditional functionalist place construction and become a new paradigm that empowers urban development.However,in the new era where the world pattern is constantly changing,the urban spatial sequence is constantly evolving,and people’s consumption needs are constantly escalating,a dual-cycle pattern of economic development is urgently established,a high-quality urban development model is in urgent need of innovation,and people’s yearning for a better life is becoming more and more ardent.The paradigm of cultural empowerment of urban development,people’s growth and quality of life also requires continuous exploration and innovation.Community life circle carry people’s expectations for a better life.In recent years,"community life circle" have been popularized nationwide as a new means of planning and community governance,and it is inevitable to improve the quality of life of community life circle with culture.However,in the current construction,the definition and function of "culture" are still limited,and the way in which culture empowers the practice of community life circle is still vague.Based on this,this paper uses the systematic concept and research paradigm of the New Chicago School Scene Theory,starts with the evaluation and configuration analysis of the "cultural amenities" of the community life circle,explores the ways in which culture acts on the community life circle from the two aspects of material and spirit,and visualize the people’s yearning for a better life as the basis for the layout of cultural amenities in the community life circle and the way to create cultural scenes.The growing rise of culture at the level of national and urban development and the lack of motivation at the level of people’s daily life constitute the key to the cultural problem of urban community life circle.The construction of a culturally empowered community life circle must take a better life as the standard,improve the quality of life as the foundation,and enhance the overall attractiveness and endogenous force of the place as the core.The chapter 1of this paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of the urban community life circle,and analyzes the role of culture in the community life circle from three aspects: construction planning,economic development and community governance,on this basis,reflects on the cultural issues of the urban community life circle from two aspects of practice and theory.It is concluded that the current "culture" of community life circle in Chinese cities still follows the functionalist service thinking,that is,it mainly focuses on the construction of cultural facilities,cultural activities and other material aspects.How can culture penetrate into the social and spiritual layers to help build consensus in the community life circle,and how to improve the quality of community life and achieve innovative growth and other issues need to be further clarified.This paper uses the scene theory as the main theme.As a community research theory for urban innovation and growth in the post-industrial era,scene theory applies the discovery of urban cultural issues to scene decoding with "cultural amenities" as the carrier,and uses it to interpret the impact of scene cultural values on people’s daily space behavior and order of life.Therefore,the second chapter of this paper aims to use the theoretical paradigm and research tools provided by the scene theory to explore the theoretical scheme of the dynamic growth of urban community life circles endowed by culture.The foothold of this paper is how cultural amenities shape the cultural scene of the community life circle and create local dynamics.In order to better describe this overall goal,this paper cites the concept of "buzz" coupled with the scene theory to make it more vivid to explain the cultural productivity of urban community life circle,and takes "creating local buzz" as the overall goal of the layout of cultural amenities in the community life circle and its scene construction,the size of the buzz reflects the strength of the cultural production of the community life circle.Among them,cultural amenities constitute the material basis for the creation of buzzing in the community life circle,and the scene values formed by the configuration of cultural amenities constitute the spiritual core of buzz.The transformation from material to spiritual relies on cultural amenities is the mechanism of action of culture.Therefore,in Chapters 3 and 4,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of cultural amenities from material and spiritual.The former mainly evaluates the role and degree of different types of cultural amenities,the latter is based on the analysis of the configuration of cultural amenities to explore the construction model of the cultural scene of the community life circle.The chapter 5 summarizes the analysis of cultural amenities,and puts forward specific suggestions for the cultural practice of community life circle for different implementers,in order to provide reference for the current cultural construction of community life circle.In the process of urban modernization,with the integration of culture and society,the rise of cultural practice,and the increasingly prominent cultural dynamism,it is obvious that urban space within the perspective of functional construction can no longer meet the new requirements of high-quality development and high-quality life.As a powerful carrier to practice the city’s advanced growth and realize the vision of a better life in the new era,the community life circle needs to constantly innovate and make breakthroughs,and establish an interactive connection with all aspects of urban economy,society,politics and other aspects of production and life in the form of cultural empowerment.It inspires better cultural creation and innovation in urban community life circle,stimulates people’s enthusiasm for cultural participation and cultural learning,and builds Community-based cultural identity and cultural awareness.The construction of all scenes depends on the active practice of actors including the government,social forces and community residents.The government needs to strengthen overall planning,and provide social organizations and social enterprises with more growth opportunities while improving service guarantees.As the source of vitality for community construction,social forces play more roles as coordinators and creators.Guaranteeing the continuity of vitality,exploring sustainable operations,and creating a better community are the main tasks faced by social action taker in the construction of community life circle in the future.Community residents are the main body of service and also the indispensable action subjects in the construction of community life circle.It needs to mobilize the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the residents and truly establish a bottom-up community operation.The scenes shaped by the configuration of cultural amenities and the practice of the actors in the community life circle are a process of mutual promotion and interaction.The creation and iterative innovation of the cultural scene of the community life circle are inseparable from the practice and active exploration of the action subject,and the action takers also continuously realizes the clear description of its own positioning and the innovative breakthrough of self-function in the process of scene practice,and then continues to create continuous local buzz,creating a more open and interactive community culture.In the face of opportunities and challenges from different levels such as global economy,politics,society and technology,the thinking of cultural amenities and community scenes will help build the new urban lifestyles for a high-quality community life circle.
