In recent years,traffic accidents are on the rise.Due to the complexity of the types and causes of traffic accidents,traffic supervision is facing great challenges.Traffic monitoring is the basis of traffic supervision.The comprehensiveness,accuracy and effectiveness of traffic monitoring data are the key factors affecting traffic incident detection,dynamic response and incident decision-making.One of the important ways of traffic monitoring is traffic detector.The layout strategy of traffic detector will directly affect the quantity,type,quality and accuracy of traffic monitoring data,and then affect the accuracy and stability of traffic monitoring network.In this paper,we do a series of problems,such as the lack of scientific response to the dynamic monitoring of traffic network,the lack of effective response to the dynamic monitoring of traffic network,and so on.By analyzing each stage of dynamic response,traffic monitoring network and its core problems,this paper clarifies and constructs the analysis framework of traffic monitoring network for dynamic response.By exploring the internal logical relationship between dynamic response oriented traffic monitoring network and data demand,this paper puts forward dynamic response oriented traffic monitoring data demand.By analyzing data collection and data mining,and comprehensively considering the influencing factors of emergencies,dynamic management and dynamic response mechanism,this paper constructs a dynamic decision support model based on neural network in big data environment,and develops a serviceoriented highway emergency response visualization system.Considering that different traffic detectors can obtain different traffic parameters and have different performance,explore the different functions of various types of traffic detectors constituting the traffic monitoring network in practical application,and build a comprehensive evaluation model of traffic monitoring network deployment resources.Based on the knapsack theory and the deployment resource evaluation results,and comprehensively considering the road grade,monitoring demand,vehicle speed and other factors,this paper constructs the optimal allocation model of traffic monitoring network deployment resources based on knapsack theory.A dynamic response oriented traffic monitoring network layout resource package and its optimal allocation combination strategy are proposed for different levels of roads.Based on the complex network centrality theory,the optimal layout of traffic monitoring network sections for dynamic response is studied.Through the study of static,dynamic,detector failure and other scenarios in the traffic network,this paper constructs a dynamic response oriented optimal layout model of traffic monitoring network for the purpose of monitoring the road network.And explore the relationship between the number of traffic detector packages and revenue in different scenarios.The model is applied to the sufour city case network to verify the effectiveness and operability of the model.The central model is proposed to provide valuable reference for engineering construction,assist the transportation department to master the realtime flow and network operation state,and then provide scientific decision-making basis for traffic planners and managers.Based on the information flow theory,the optimal location of traffic monitoring network for dynamic response is studied.Explore the dynamic evolution process of information in the reporting,response and processing of traffic events on complex networks,and model it.Considering the complexity of the route of intelligent vehicles in the road network,the networking and vectorization of the road network are proposed.Analyze the impact of event reporting delay and event level on information value,and build a traffic monitoring network location layout model based on information flow to maximize information income.Explore the impact of the proportion of intelligent vehicles on the benefit of event monitoring,as well as the change law of information attenuation under different event scenarios.Considering the computational complexity of the model,an accelerated algorithm is proposed.The model is applied to the sufour city case network to verify the effectiveness and operability of the model.In addition,for large-scale complex networks,a network segmentation method based on graph theory is proposed to expand the applicability of the model.In the actual traffic planning,traffic management and traffic control,a reasonable traffic monitoring network layout strategy can obtain a large number of multi-dimensional traffic information,and provide data support for scientific traffic planning and fine traffic management.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization of traffic monitoring network for dynamic response.Combined with the case study of Jilin Road Network,this paper provides a new way of thinking for the optimization of traffic monitoring network layout,which is of great practical significance to improve the reference value of the layout scheme in practical engineering application and to improve the data support capability.
