Ships approaching port is an important voyage from ocean to dock,which is complicated and difficult.Pilotage service is an important for ensuring the navigation safety of ships in port.Considering that pilotage service involves multiple organization and the limiting factors,this thesis proposes a pilotage service model under the e-navigation framework based on the ship port manoeuvring,to exchange pilotage information.Based on the standard and definition of maritime service portfolio,the structure and parameters of the model are studied.The navigation safety of pilotage ships in port needs to consider the restricted water hydrodynamics,the ship collision risk,traffic organization and the tides.This thesis simulates the ship motion simulation in restricted waters,optimizes two-way channel traffic organization,calculates encountering ship safe distance,solves the ship timing,determines the spatial and time parameters of pilotage service portfolio.Then an effective practical pilotage service data standard is come out for the intelligence ship and port information digitization.Finally,the pilot ship data of the actual port is used for verification.The main research work and results of this thesis are shown as following:Study on the model structure of pilotage service portfolio under e-navigation framework.Sorting out pilotage service involves the harbor,ship,pilotage agency and maritime safety authority.The demand information of pilotage service and the formulation method of pilotage plan are obtained.Based on the standard and definition of maritime service portfolio in enavigation,the target needs and related technical services of the pilotage service portfolio are determined.The model structure of pilotage service portfolio is designed by S-100 data standard.At last,the feasibility of pilotage service portfolio structure is tested based on the prediction of large container ship squat and tide timing.Research on the time of pilotage application.Firstly,the hampel identifier is used to recognize and correct abnormal AIS data,and the Douglas-Peucker algorithm is used to simplify the data redundancy.Secondly,the approaching ships trajectory clusters are extracted based on Gaussian mixture model.Finally,Gaussian regression method for the timing model of pilotage application is used,and a data-driven method for ship navigation status identification is proposed,which lays a foundation for modeling timing of the pilotage service portfolio.Taking the AIS data from China’s coastal waters as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the navigation task identification method are tested.Taking the pilotage application of Ningbo Zhoushan Port as an example,the model feasibility of pilotage application timing is discussed.Study on distance parameters of pilotage service portfolio.Considering ship-ship effect,shore-bank effect and shallow water effect,a ship maneuverability model is established for ship encounters in restricted waters.The motion model is used to simulate the ships collision process in port,and the collision area is calculated.By analyzing the intersection area statistically,the mathematical expressions of the ship meeting distance,shipspeed and intersection area are obtained.A Gaussian-TRR algorithm is proposed to identify the parameter values of mathematical expressions.The safety distance models of ship encountering and overtaking are established respectively,and the the Gaussian-TRR algorithm is verified.The safety distance model provides the solution foundation in encountering delay calculation for the ship traffic scheme.Study on the time parameters of pilotage service portfolio.Considering the constraints of meeting delay,scheduling time and tide time,the limitations are converted into draft constraint and time constraint.Then a ship scheduling model of two-way channel with restricted water is established by taking the total waiting time as the objective function.Based on the Traveling Salesman Problem research,the scheduling sequence and scheduling time are generated.The genetic pattern search algorithm(GA-PS)is proposed to solve the scheduling model of ship approaching port.In view of the actual port data,the safety meeting distance model is used to calculate the encounter delay time,the polynomial function is used to predict the tidal height in the port,and the GA-PS algorithm is used to solve the scheduling sequence and time of the ship approaching.Based on the calculation of the traffic scheme,the tide height and the time of ship arrival and departure are obtained.Using the above ship dynamic information,and combing the ship static information,the model parameters for pilotage service portfolio is determined.All experiments in this thesis are carried out by MATLAB /Visual C++ programming.The pilotage service portfolio model is established.This study has an important and practical significance for improving the efficiency of navigation information exchange and promoting the marine intelligent transportation development.
