| Cities are the gathering places of human production and life,economic development,and social civilization.Cities carry human expectations for a better life,lead the direction of social productivity,and represent the frontier of political,economic,and cultural development of a country or region.However,after more than 40 years of extensive growth,my country’s cities have become the hardest hit areas for problems such as shortage of resources,environmental pollution,and prominent social conflicts,which seriously affect the quality of life of residents and make the country and regions pay more and more attention to urban health problems.With the change of the main social contradictions,Chinese cities have entered a new period of attaching importance to the connotation and quality of urban development,social and people’s livelihood,and the quality of life of residents.Residents are increasingly pursuing a beautiful ecological environment and a social form suitable for living and production.This pursuit objectively requires cities to take into account the integrated development of production,living,and ecology.With the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy,healthy cities,as an important starting point of the "Healthy China" strategy,should conform to the requirements of the times.Based on the "broad health",we can combine the top-level design of the "Healthy China" strategy,go beyond the public service field,control from the source,and adhere to the ecological priority in the whole chain,the whole process,and the whole cycle of the free competition industry,and promote the high-quality development of production,to meet people’s expectations for a better life.It is to integrate production,life,and ecology to promote the high-quality development of the city’s overall economy and society.Therefore,considering the actual needs,a healthy city is the ideal carrier that is most in line with the national conditions,more in line with the needs of the general public,and best able to achieve sustainable urban economic and social development.It is necessary to reconstruct the definition and connotation of a healthy city,analyze the development mechanism and evolution path of a healthy city,build a scientific and feasible measurement model,clarify the evolution trend of the development of a healthy city system,promote its sustainable development from the perspective of the integration of production,life,and ecology that is closer to reality.How to break the traditional perspective and realize this is a new challenge faced by our government and society.In accordance with the research logic of "problem disclosure-theoretical researchempirical research-simulation-policy advice," this thesis comprehensively applies selforganization theory,complex adaptive system theory,urban ecology,sustainable development theory,and the evolution of healthy city concept and related urban concept research to study healthy city.The concept,connotation,and characteristics of a healthy city are defined,the composition and characteristics of the healthy city system are clarified,and the target criterion model,organizational structure model,and development model of the healthy city system are constructed.On this basis,the dynamic synergistic development mechanism and the coupling mechanism of entropy change in the development of the healthy city system are explained,and the evolution path of healthy city system is described.Using the spatial vector method and GIS platform,the healthy development status of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta was analyzed by spatial visualization,and identify the obstacles that affect the healthy development of cities in the Yangtze River Delta,then further use the K-means clustering method to classify the 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta.The SD simulation model of a healthy city is constructed to clarify the optimal path for the development and improvement of a healthy city for each type of city on the basis of the logic of healthy city system composition.Corresponding promoting policies suggestions are put forward accordingly.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Constructed the theoretical basis of a healthy city--concept,connotation,characteristics and system modelBased on sorting out the existing urban concepts,practical paths,and promoting policies,applying grounded theory,a healthy city is defined as a "production-lifeecology" integrated and win-win composite ecosystem guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and it realizes the comprehensive social progress and the all-round development of people and promotes the continuous improvement of the urban civilization level through the construction of a new social relationship of green production,prosperous and happy life,harmonious and beautiful ecology,and synergistic coupling.And interpret the connotation of a healthy city from the core level,economic construction level,social construction level,ecological civilization level,cultural construction level,and system construction level,and further clarify that the basic characteristics of a healthy city are mainly green,efficient,cyclical,harmony,sharing,diversity,unity and win-win and people’s nature.Based on clarifying the structural system and characteristics of the healthy city system,a more three-dimensional target criterion model,organizational structure model,and development model of the healthy city system are constructed.(2)Clarify the development mechanism and evolution path of a healthy cityFrom the two aspects of the dynamic synergistic development mechanism and the coupling mechanism of entropy change in the development of the healthy city system,the development mechanism of the healthy city is specifically studied.The dominant role of synergy value and synergy culture as the system order parameters is clarified,and the response to the healthy city system is pointed out.The entropy change factors are sorted out and screened,and the critical state of the mutation of the healthy city system is fully considered to promote the sustainable development of the healthy city system;Further,based on the form and general path of urban system evolution,the evolution of urban system health under the optimal path can be divided into risk state in the range of resistance,risk state in the range of tolerance,transient steady state in the range of acceptance,rehabilitation state in the range of satisfaction,convalescence state in the range of satisfaction,and health state in the range of optimal.(3)Empirical measure the development of healthy city system and analyze the resultsBased on the input-output model,the rich implication of healthy life and DPSIR model,this thesis overcomes the tendency of the separation of various functions of the city and constructs a measurement index system that can highlight the "power,equity and quality" of the healthy development of the city.A three-dimensional spatial evaluation model is constructed starting from the characteristics and objectives of the healthy city subsystem,and the the entropy method is used to determine the index weight.In order to highlight the essence of "development,coordination and sustainability" of the system,the Yangtze River Delta was taken as an example to measure the "threelivelihood" index,development degree,effective development degree,sustainability degree and coordination degree of 41 cities in the region.The spatial visualization analysis of the measurement results was carried out by using GIS.The research results show that: from 2011 to 2020,the healthy production subsystem of the Yangtze River Delta cities generally presented an increasing trend;the healthy life subsystem is relatively stable on the whole,with slight fluctuation.The health ecological index showed an "M" trend.The development DEGREE and effective development degree of most cities are in the acceptable "temporary steady state",the persistence degree is in the satisfactory range of "rehabilitation state",and the coordination degree is in the satisfactory range of "rehabilitation state".Overall,the healthy development level of cities in the Yangtze River Delta is still far from the optimal "healthy state".According to the empirical results,the 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta are divided into four categories by using the K-means cluster analysis method: the development-leading city group,the development-potential city group,the development-lag city group,and the preference ecological city group,and the four categories provide a basis for specific improvement paths and promoting policies for the healthy development level of various cities.(4)Based on the SD simulation model,simulate the path of healthy city development and improvementThe SD simulation model for the development of a healthy city system is constructed.GDP growth rate,patent growth rate per 10,000 people and other indicators as adjustment variables are selected to set up a combination.Five programs have been set,including the continuation of the status quo,the orientation of healthy products,the orientation of healthy life,the orientation of healthy ecology,and the orientation of coordinated development.The dynamic changes in healthy urban development under different scenarios during the simulation period are visualized.Make it clear that the development path of a leading healthy should generally follow the optimal path of "continuation of the status quo(2021-2022)-ecological orientation(2023-2027)-coordinated development(2028-2030)";The development path of a potential healthy city should generally follow the optimal path of "production-oriented(2021-2024)-ecological-oriented(2025-2028)-coordinated development(2029-2030)";The development path of a lagging healthy city should generally follow the optimal path of "production-oriented(2021-2026)-ecological-oriented(2027-2030)";The development path of an ecological healthy city should generally follow the optimal path of "ecological orientation(2021-2029)-coordinated development orientation(2030)".(5)Clarify the overall thinking and promoting policies recommendations for the development of healthy cities in the Yangtze River DeltaCombined with the evolution characteristics and trends of the healthy city system in the Yangtze River Delta,the optimal paths for four types of cities are followed,and the overall ideas for their improvement are clearly defined: a leading healthy city effectively activates the system dynamic mechanism for the healthy development of the city through "solidifying the foundation" and "coordinated development";A potential healthy city promote the continuous improvement of the healthy development level of cities by "making up for shortcomings,laying a solid foundation" and "coordinated development";A lagging healthy city lays a material and ecological foundation for the next stage of coordinated development by "consolidating the foundation";An ecological healthy city promotes the city’s healthy development level through "Strengthen the advantages" and "coordinated development." Based on the above,from the perspectives of production,life,and ecology,it puts forward "systematic circulation" policy recommendations for developing healthy urban systems.The thesis has 73 pictures,36 tables,and 277 references. |
