Research On Village Reconstruction Design Based On Elderly Healthy Life

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy by the Chinese central government,the adjustment and upgrading of the rural industrial structure has become the top priority of rural development.Combined with the aging of China’s population,the background of the era and the basic national conditions of the rural villages due to the idleness of houses.Author proposes a research on the design of village reconstruction based on the elderly’s healthy life.Through the transformation and design of the rural idle building resources and the external landscape environment resources,the ideal homeland that can attract the elderly in the city to support the old age is the Rural Landscape Micro-City.This paper uses the literature induction method,the field research method,the questionnaire survey method and the case argumentation method to explore the village reconstruction design based on the elderly healthy life.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through the literature review method,through literature review on the transformation and utilization of rural idle housing resources,the design of the elderly health care environment and the rural elderly health care model,the systematic theoretical method for the reconstruction of the village based on the elderly healthy life reference.(2)Through the field research method,carry out in-depth research and analysis on the rural environment,and Summarize the shortcomings of the rural areas for the transformation of oldage industrialization: the layout of the building is difficult to carry out large-scale management;the rural environment cannot meet the physical and mental needs of the elderly;The basic supporting facilities are extremely imperfect.Finally,the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward.(3)Conduct a comprehensive survey of rural villagers and urban elderly through questionnaire survey and interview methods,obtain the actual situation of villagers and old people,and guide the details and direction of village reconstruction design with the perspective of real and objective villagers and urban elderly.Demonstrate the feasibility of the village reconstruction design based on the elderly healthy life.(4)According to the theoretical basis and realistic basis summarized in the previous article,the ideal model for village reconstruction based on the elderly’s healthy life is proposed—the Rural Landscape and Micro-City in rural areas;put forward six design principles: peopleoriented adapting to the life of the elderly,giving priority to ecology creating four seasons scenery,beautifying the environment providing diversified space,economically feasible emphasizing practical functions,and dynamic planning adhering to the principles of sustainable development and respecting historical heritage of excellent culture;and refining the design strategies of micro-cities from the three aspects of micro-city location,overall design and industrial structure model;Five sub-item design contents of road traffic design,green space design,outdoor activity space design,rural house renovation design and service supporting facilities design.(5)Theories and methods summarized in the previous section—the rural landscape and micro-city guides the reconstruction design of Duanpan Village based on the old-age healthy life.According to the current environmental conditions of the site,the specific design of Duanpan Village is carried out.The feasibility of the theory and method is demonstrated by examples,which provides reference for similar old-age rehabilitation village reconstruction design.Rural Landscapes and Micro-Cities have used the old-age industry to revitalize the rural idle resources,alleviate the city’s growing pension pressure,and are a new model for exploring the integration of urban and rural economic development.
