With the accelerated development of human society and the improvement of living standards,the requirements for the building environment are increasing,resulting in an increase in the energy consumption of building operation.Improving the integrated energy benefits of building operation is an effective way to achieve sustainable development of buildings.In particular,urban complexes are always located in dense urban centers.Due to their large volume,high energy density,and complex energy consumption forms,urban complexes require more urgent energy conservation,and at the same time present huge energy conservation potential.Many scholars have carried out related research work on the energy conservation of urban complexes and achieved certain results,but most of them focus on the energy-saving technologies and approaches after the completion of the architectural pre-planning,and there are few researches on the energy conservation design of the pre-planning phase.At the same time,the relevant requirements and results of energy planning cannot be accurately connected to the specific level of the construction projects,making the original intention of energy planning unable to be fully achived.Therefore,this research takes the energy-saving design of the urban complex itself as the goal,integrates the energy-saving design idea in the pre-planning stage of the urban complex,optimizes the functional combination scheme to achieve the optimal energy-saving effect,and takes the integrated energy benefit as the evaluation standard.The main research contents and innovative achievements of this study include:1.By combining with the energy consumption characteristics of mixed land use and investigating the functional composition of a large number of typical cases of urban complex around the world,the functional composition system and functional combination mode of urban complex are sorted out,while the functional proportion combination of urban complex was divided into five categories,a total of 1252 scenarios.2.From the perspective of integrated energy benefits optimization and combined with the energy consumption characteristics of mixed-function land,this research puts forward the quantitative research direction of urban complex function proportion decision-making based on the ideas of demand side and supply side energy management,and establishes the quantitative evaluation system of urban complex function proportion combination from the integrated energy benefits perspective.3.According to the quantitative evaluation results of integrated energy benefits,the optimal function proportion combination of various types of urban complex is obtained,which provides data basis and quantitative basis for decision-making of functional scheme of urban complex.Among them,based on the idea of demand-side energy management,the urban complexes with higher integrated energy benefits usually include fewer retail functions and more residential functions,and the proportion of office and hotel is relatively flexible,with the maximum integrated optimization rate reaching 96.34%.Based on the supply-side management idea,the urban complexes with higher integrated energy benefits usually contain a large proportion of residential functions and a relatively average proportion of retail,office and hotel functions,with the maximum integrated optimization rate of 46.50%.4.By analyzing the relationship between various influencing factors in the decision-making process of the function scheme of urban complex,the role of integrated energy benefits factors in the decision-making process of the function scheme of urban complex is explored,and the procedures and methods of the function design of urban complex are updated accordingly.5.Taking Beijing Yintai Center Urban Complex,Guangzhou GT Land Plaza Urban Complex and Changsha Yunda Central Plaza Urban Complex as typical cases,the application research of functional scheme optimization is carried out,which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the new method of urban complex functional design.At the same time,it further proves the necessity of considering the integrated energy benefits in the pre-planning stage of urban complex.Based on the above research contents,the main innovative achievements of this study include:1.Explored the functional combination mode of urban complex,and established the integrated energy benefits quantitative evaluation system of the function area ratio combination schemes of different types of urban complex based on the energy management ideas of demand side and supply side respectively.2.Proposed the function design method of urban complex considering integrated energy benefits,combined with the theories of architecture and energy management,and expounded the necessity of emphasizing integrated energy benefits factors in the stage of architectural pre-planning.3.Quantitatively evaluated the integrated energy benefits for the functional combination scenarios of different climate zones and different types of urban complex in China,combined with a large number of case studies of urban complex,and verified the necessity and effectiveness of integrated energy benefits quantitative evaluation system of urban complex function proportion combination scheme.The research expands the scope of building energy conservation research,makes it possible to maximize the energy saving effect,and at the same time,provides the quantitative basis for architects in the pre-planning stage of urban complex
