| In the regular epidemic prevention and control era of COVID-19,this infectious disease crisis makes us need to reflect on how the urban epidemic prevention system was impacted by the epidemic, and thus reveals the cracks, problems and contradictions within the urban system. The COVID-19 outbreak is also an opportunity to rethink the planning and design of medical space resilience in our past, present and future cities,so as to ensure that cities can better cope with the next public health emergency.Under this background,it is urgent to construct the overall design theory of urban space epidemic prevention system resilience in the regular epidemic prevention era,and try to construct the system architecture and architectural space design method to strengthen resilience,so as to form operational design principles and strategies to optimize urban space resilience.Based on the theory of "Two Concepts and Three Features" as the overall perspective, the theoretical framework coupled with "spatial resilience" and the technological path of resilience optimization coupled with theory, this paper identifies the main problems and resilience design of Guangzhous urban medical space epidemic prevention system in peacetime, sudden epidemic situation and regular epidemic prevention situation on the scale of urban planning level and architectural space level, and makes strategic research.First of all,the architectural creation theory of "Two Concepts and Three Features" is an innovative and evolving architectural creation theory put forward by He Jingtang in the local context and the background of the times, based on the practice of Chinese contemporary architecture, and has been discussed and applied in many fields.Secondly, the theory of "resilience" gradually occupies the hot spot of academic discussion at the moment when the epidemic situation is repeated, and it is mostly used in practice to guide the planning and design work needed to deal with the epidemic situation. The correlation between them at the level of concept value, application scale and operation mechanism makes them a pair of relatively compatible concept groups at the level of urban meso-level and micro-urban space. Therefore, based on this, this paper establishes a coupling framework of "Two Views and Three Features" and "space resilience" theory, which is used to study the dynamic resilience of typical urban medical space epidemic prevention system cases. In the urban space,we should pay attention to and study the emergency medical spaces in Guangzhous urban medical space epidemic prevention system in the regular epidemic prevention era, such as general hospitals, infectious disease specialist hospitals and community health service centers,in terms of their resilience and evolution ability during the transition from epidemic to epidemic.Based on the reflection of the systemic problems revealed in different periods of urban medical space in peacetime,in the time of sudden epidemic and in the regular epidemic prevention and control measures era, this paper puts forward the principles and strategies of resilience optimization from the perspective of "Two Concepts and Three Features" in order to provide a research framework and reference for future urban medical space planning and design. The first part of the paper is a summary study. This paper reviews the development context, present situation and trend of the theory of "Two Concepts and Three Features",sorts out and summarizes the literature on the origin, development process and evolution trend of the formation of the theories of "resilience","urban resilience" and "spatial resilience",and lists the main measurement models or index evaluation systems.Based on the coupling assumption of "Two Concepts and Three Features" and "resilience" theory, this paper puts forward a preliminary research framework for urban medical space to recognize its resilience components and design principles, analyzes the coupling basis of the two theories from several aspects, such as concept value, application scale and operation mechanism, and forms a resilience optimization technology path with spatial structure model, spatial form model and spatial function model as the main sub-items,and analyzes the advantages and influences of constructing the coupling framework,as well as how to provide decision-making support for the practice of spatial resilience improvement. The second part of the paper is the resilience construction and response of the epidemic prevention system in urban medical space under normal conditions and sudden outbreaks. This paper briefly describes and analyzes the development process of Guangzhous urban medical space since the founding of the Peoples Republic of China, and sums up the resilience characteristics of urban medical space planning at different development stages in peacetime. Then, the spatial structure model of epidemic prevention system and facilities is analyzed, and the main problems of resilience response of urban medical space epidemic prevention system in peacetime and sudden epidemic situation are discussed. From the perspective of "Two Concepts and Three Features" theory, the planning level system architecture and resilience optimization strategy are put forward. The third part of the paper studies the composition of urban medical space epidemic prevention system in the regular epidemic prevention and control measures era,the joint response between subsystems and the hierarchical response mechanism.Understand the role played by emergency medical spaces such as general hospitals and infectious disease specialist hospitals in the preliminary urban medical space nodes and the flexible operation mechanism within the system.Secondly, the case of resilience optimization of urban medical space nodes in Guangzhou is studied, focusing on the analysis of spatial form mode and spatial function mode. The process of resilience construction in general hospitals, fever clinics in primary health service facilities, fever clinic construction and epidemic prevention conversion are emphatically summarized, and operable resilience design strategies and enlightenment are formed. The fourth part of the paper summarizes the enlightenment of resilience design of urban medical space epidemic prevention system planning and building nodes from the perspective of "Two Concepts and Three Features" in the previous chapter.Taking the key design principles such as "combination of disease and epidemic prevention" as an example, this paper summarizes the future-oriented resilience design strategy of urban medical space, which will positively guide the practice of resilience strengthening at the planning level and the architectural space level, and on this basis, discusses the construction of resilience research methods based on theoretical coupling and case study summary.Based on the coupling research of "Two Concepts and Three Features" and "resilience" related theories,on the one hand,it compares theories in different fields, expands theoretical connotation and application, and at the same time provides and explores a research path that can be used for reference for other research work.On the other hand,it can provide a new perspective and inspiration for the future-oriented research on the resilience design of urban medical space, and it will show more and more important value for guiding the resilience design of urban medical space in the regular epidemic prevention era of COVID-19. |
