Research On Multi-dimensional Feature Analysis Method And Application Of Pulse Manifestation Based On Array Pulse Diagram | Posted on:2022-02-05 | Degree:Doctor | Type:Dissertation | Country:China | Candidate:Z J Bi | Full Text:PDF | GTID:1524307295988019 | Subject:Diagnostics of Chinese Medicine | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objectives:(1)Based on the multi-dimensional information modeling method,the characteristics of array pulse shape were explored to lay a foundation for the realization of the three-dimensional pulse pattern diagnosis of the array pulse pattern;(2)Based on the array pulse map,pulse potential characteristics of array pulse wave were explored to establish an array pulse map analysis method combing the multi-dimensional features of the array pulse map with the modern pulse diagnosis indicators;(3)Based on the analysis method of pulse shape and pulse potential of array pulse map,the characteristics of array pulse shape and pulse potential in different people were studied,to verify the applicability of the method of data analysis method of pulse shape and pulse potential.Methods:(1)The pulse width and pulse length were indirectly calculated by the height of the main wave amplitude.The middle channel of the array pulse sensor was taken as the reference channel to extract the corresponding time of the main wave amplitude.The main wave time was taken as the reference to extract the other main wave amplitude of the remaining channels.The amplitudes of the main waves in each channel of the extracted pulsation periods were calculated on average and biharmonic splines interpolation was performed.More pulse amplitudes were fitted by biharmonic splines interpolation method,and the strongest pulse potential region can be defined by making a heat map of the interpolated pulse amplitude matrix,and the pulse width and pulse length can be calculated indirectly by calculating the distance of the strongest pulse potential region in the matrix.(2)The array pulse volume(APV)and the average pulse wave(APW)of each channel were calculated according to the Matlab program.The most representative pulse wave(MRPW)of each channel was matched by coefficient correlation(CC).The time points corresponding to the peak and valley values of MRPW were marked by manual labeling method,and the immediate APV could be calculated.The energy change in the rapid ejection phase can also be clearly calculated in the whole pulsation cycle:s APVt1/s APVt,and the comparison between the energy change in systolic phase and diastolic phase can also be calculated:s APVt4/s APVt5.(3)The calculation methods of pulse shape and pulse potential were applied to different people to verify the applicability of the methods.Results:(1)In the aspect of pulse shape,the method of biharmonic splines interpolation makes up for the shortage of array pulse sensing channels.The pulse potential characteristics of the main wave are presented objectively.The pulse potential characteristics of the pulse are observed from the amplitude of the main wave,and the method of objective measurement of pulse width and pulse length is found.(2)In terms of pulse potential,the spatial characteristics reflecting pulse at different times and periods were explored based on the spatial characteristics of pulse wave and the periodic changes of pulse wave.(3)The results show that these two methods have good applicability in measuring pulse shape and pulse potential in different people.Conclusion:(1)The analysis method of array pulse shape is established by presenting the main amplitude in matrix mode by the biharmonic splines interpolation method with the maximum amplitude of main wave corresponding to the pulse width and pulse length.(2)Through the identification of feature points,the APV at feature time and s APV at different time periods are found to reflect the trend of pulse wave energy change,and the analysis method of array pulse energy change is established.(3)The applicability of these two methods was preliminarily explored in different populations.The maximum main amplitude and pulse width in the higher blood pressure group were greater than those in the normal blood pressure group.The APVh3,APVh4,APVh3/h1 and APVh4/h1 in the higher blood pressure group were greater than those in the normal blood pressure group.There were also differences in immediate APV between different blood pressure levels,different age groups and different genders,providing reference value for its application in clinical diseases. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Methods, Main wave amplitude, Pulse width, Pulse length, Pulse potential, Immediate array pulse volume, Different time period array pulse volume | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
