Pulse diagnosis occupies an important position in four diagnostic methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and it is the symbol of TCM.But now the pulse diagnosis is taught mainly by language description or abstract pulse graph,which can neither reflect the abundant information of pulse.Pulse recovery is an unavoidable obstacle in TCM teaching and telemedicine which hinders the inheritance and development of TCM.This paper aims to design a pulse recovery device that can cover the vast majority of pulse to serve the TCM modernization.This paper designs a new pulse collection scheme based on TCM theory and uses high frequency denoising algorithm based on wavelet transform and the cubic interpolation algorithm based on LPIP to preprocess the pulse data.This paper uses ILP algorithm to calculate the optimal pulse pressure,then extracts a single cycle pulse data and indicators like rhythm mode,relationship between pulse amplitude and pulse collection pressure and compliance and so on.Using the above content this paper formulates a pulse data format and preset parameters in the pulse recovery system,finally can simulate more than 95% pulse type.The main work is as follows: the design of a new pulse recovery system.Specifically this paper uses low power consumption and highly integrated STM32 microprocessor as the main processing chip;uses peristaltic pump and solenoid valve to preset the vascular compliance which is supplemented by pressure monitoring module to monitor the pipeline fluid pressure and avoid burst or leakage danger;uses force sensor to detect the pulse collection pressure and make a feedback to pulse data;designs vibration exciter and liquid storage bellows combination structure to achieve pulse recovery.Through the establishment of mechanical model and input signal test its amplitude response,it is proved that the new pulse generator fully meets the pulse recovery requirements.This paper designs contrast experiment to test this system.The results show that recovered pulse and original pulse have a highly correlated relationship and the pulse characteristic parameters show no significant difference.It is indicated that the pulse recovery system can simulate pulse with a high accuracy and can be applied to TCM teaching and pulse telemedicine field.
