| Improvisation is a spontaneous,immediate and creative performance without careful layout in advance,which is triggered by a certain object information.By means of deconstructing the whole process of improvisation of Chinese national instrumental music,this paper holds that in improvisation,the thinking hidden in the performer’s brain controls the direction and track of improvisation from beginning to end,and the thinking of the performer is the core of improvisation.Based on this,this paper uses the relevant theories and research methods of Cognitive Ethnomusicology to discover,analyze and summarize the thinking materials,methods and characteristics of the performers from the improvisation process of contemporary Chinese folk instrumental performers.It constructs a general improvisation generation strategy,and also discusses the evaluation dimension of Chinese contemporary national instrumental improvisation.This paper mainly launches the elaboration from the following five parts:In the first chapter,after defining the concept of improvisation,this paper sorts out the development of improvisation of musical culture in various regions of the world from a historical dimension.And the improvisation is classified according to the following two aspects:the dependence degree of the original cultural rules and the number of participants in the improvisation team.In the second chapter,by referring research results of thinking science and starting from the materials used for thinking,this paper concludes that the thinking materials of contemporary Chinese national instrumental improvisation are composed of Chinese national instrumental vocabulary,Chinese traditional musical language and the world music language.In the third chapter,through the observation and exploration of the improvisation of contemporary Chinese national instrumental performers,this paper reveals that the operation of the main thinking of improvisation mainly has five ways:presentation,repetition,variation,evolution and opposition.In the fourth chapter,according to the thinking mode and operation process of contemporary Chinese national instrumental improvisation,this paper summarizes the five characteristics of improvisation thinking:seeking the same,seeking the opposite,inclusiveness,structural and physical.In the fifth chapter,from the thinking process of improvisation and performance examples,the fifth chapter summarizes the generation strategy of improvisation which has a certain universal significance.In addition,this paper discusses the evaluation dimension of Chinese national instrumental improvisation based on the relevant discussion of Music Aesthetics on music aesthetic standards.It is believed that the Chinese national instrumental improvisation can be evaluated from three dimensions:The combination of performance skills and musical expression,the coordination of the integrity of the musical structure and the richness of the musical language,the balance of the cultural tradition of musical instruments and the creation of individuality. |
