Research On The Spatial Structure Of Public Security Orde

At present,the study of public security order in the subject of public order policing is facing problems.Because the three elements theory and four elements theory of public security order in the existing paradigm are not convenient to describe the public security order in practice,and the study of public security order is difficult to effectively reflect the practice of public order policing,which leads to the related researches are decreasing year by year.Public order is a core concept of the subject,and the practice of public order policing in China is facing serious challenges.Therefore,the subject urgently needs a way of elaborating public security order practically.And Lefebvre’s space theory provides related clues to solve the problem-we can regard the status of public security order in practice as a "space of public security order",through the analysis of the "spatial structure of public security order",so we can understand the current state of public security order,and evaluate its development trend,eventually build strategies to develop and reply to it.The concept of "space of public security order" is put forward on the basis of Lefebvre’s space theory.From the perspective of space,Lefebvre unified various spatial connotations into social space and believed that the essence of space was the configuration of certain social relations;And space is the product of society,every society can produce its own space.From the perspective of public security order,in the process of forming the concept of public security order,it is related to space at the very beginning.The concept of public security order endogenously contains the connotation of space.Combining the two aspects of space and public security order,if the practice of public security order is regarded as the process of producing public security order,then it can be considered that the practice of public security order can produce "space of public security order",which is essentially a configuration reflecting the relationship between various elements of public security order.According to the dialectical thought contained in Lefebvre’s "triad" space,as well as the three elements theory and four elements theory of public security order in the subject of public order policing,we can divide the space of public security order into the dimension of practice,the dimension of discipline and the dimension of culture,the three connections,pointing to each other,constitute the spatial structure of public security order together.The spatial structure of public security order can be used to understand current order state in Chinese society.On the one hand,combining the effects caused by the theories to describe the macro state of Chinese social space,like the theory of time-space compression,time-space distanciation,and structure of complex dialogue,it can be found that the state of space in Chinese society changes dramatically,the dimension of practice,the dimension of discipline and the dimension of culture cannot link to each other tightly,Therefore,the spatial structure of public security order is discontinuous.On the other hand,from the micro level,according to the structuration theory,dramaturgical theory,and the theory of media ecology,in the microcosmic,specific,and daily practice of public security can generate a micro circumstance,in the spatial structure of public security order,it can be used to constraint and guide others,provide the security of ontology,to compromise,and to give rational framework,and so on.Because the micro circumstance can facilitate the reconnection of all dimensions in the spatial structure of public security order in practice,it can be used as a resilience mechanism to bridge the discontinuity in the spatial structure at the macro level and keep the spatial structure of public security order stable on the whole.The spatial structure of public security order can be further used to look into the developing trends of public order in China.With the advance of modernity,the disembedding mechanism and ubiquitous networking are rapidly developing,which are deeply integrating into and changing the form of practice of public security.Due to the increasing reliance of practice of public security on technological measures,media such as disembedding mechanism and ubiquitous networking can exert an important influence on the process of various things being separated from or re-embedded in the relationships of public security.Because the dimension of culture formed through the media may be divorced from the dimension of practice,the alienated space of public security order may be finally generated from the alienated dimension of culture through mirror images.The alienated space of public security order will approach to a kind of "society of spectacle",and the corresponding public security practice will be reflected as "visual policing",in which individuals will lose their initiative of public security practice.In order to cope with the alienation trend of the spatial structure of public security order,we should first identify the ideal public security order from the perspective of "man of order",which is a state that can finally sublate the contradiction between order and freedom of public security and give full play to individual initiative in public security practice.Then,we should notice the realistic background of public order policing--Risk Society,and on this basis,take into account the strategies provided by the technique of the self,Biopolitics,and life politics,and finally form the idea of coping with the alienation of the spatial structure of public security order: to fix the root and clean the source,and build a special media of public order policing.
