Theory And Practice On The Social Order Work

The influence exerted by the social order upon the society and the individual is so great that it' s being a common concern of all circles on how to provide an efficient social order work. Aiming to providing a theory basis of the study related to the multi-arrangements of the social order work, this text, from the view of the public economics, gives an in-depth theoretical analysis on the social order work which is supposed to be divided into four types, namely private goods, club goods, the common pool goods, and public goods. Meanwhile, on the basis of the analysis upon as well as the comparativeness among the different system arrangements of the current social order work, this text concludes that the arrangements of government, market or multi-center will be conducive to the provision of the social order work, whose effect, however, is limited since the different types of the social order work are decided upon the relative system arrangement. Combining with the practice, this text makes an analysis of China' s social order work concerning the market practice ( public security service) and the multi-center practice (community policing), as well as giving some constructive suggestions related to the strengthening of the social order work.
