| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee has made a series of major decisions and arrangements on ethnic work,promoting the continuous and in-depth development of China’s national unity and progress.As the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist ethnic theory,"ethnic communications,exchanges and integration" has become an important thought guiding the Party’s ethnic work.In Wagong Community,all ethnic groups respect differences,tolerate diversity,and achieve comprehensive ethnic communications,exchanges and integration.The ethnic communications,exchanges and integration in Wagong community are manifested in many aspects,such as economy,politics,culture,social life and psychology.Land tenancy,land sales,barter,farmers’ association,mutual aid group,cooperative,production team,market trade,joint participation in residents’ autonomy,language sharing,mutual recognition of religions,joint participation in bullfighting,singing folk songs,dancing Miao dances,customs convergence,daily mutual help,joint participation in festival ceremony,joint participation in work and study,inter ethnic friendship,inter ethnic kinship recognition,inter ethnic intermarriage,ethnic mutual recognitioninter,ethnic identity is the specific form and content of ethnic communications,exchanges and integration in the community.These interactions and exchanges connect the people of all ethnic groups in the community and build a harmonious ethnic relationship.In specific time and space,ethnic communications,exchanges and integration are affected by many factors,including both dynamic factors and blocking factors.From the past to the present,various ethnic groups in the Wagong community have interacted with each other to varying degrees.In particular,since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,ethnic communications,exchanges and integration have continued to expand and deepen.Historical foundation,policy guidance,economic promotion,and education promotion are the driving factors for ethnic communications,exchanges and integration in Wagong community after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Although Wagong Community has a good ethnic interaction relationship,there are also problems such as the lack of ethnic cadres,the stratification of ethnic economy,the dissolution of ethnic culture,the negative stereotype of ethnic groups and ethnic prejudice,which to some extent is not conducive to the ethnic communications,exchanges and integration in the community,so the training and appointment of ethnic minority cadres;Promote the economic development of ethnic minorities and improve their living standards;Strengthen the protection and inheritance of minority cultures;The reduction of ethnic prejudice and discrimination can continue to expand and deepen ethnic communications,exchanges and integration in Wagong community.The ethnic communications,exchanges and integration in Wagong community also give us some inspiration,that is,economic activity is the basic force of ethnic communications,exchanges and integration;The pattern of ethnic cohabitation is more conducive to ethnic communications,exchanges and integration;To establish the social conditions of living,learning,working and enjoying together is the basic path to promote ethnic communications,exchanges and integration;Ethnic communications,exchanges and integration are the fundamental path to strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese national community;In the practice of promoting ethnic communications,exchanges and integration,we must correctly grasp the policy strength of ethnic communications,exchanges and integration.These experiences and revelations have a certain reference role for other regions to promote ethnic communications,exchanges and integration. |
