Study On The Practice And Path Of Ethnic Work In Urban Communities In Eastern Mongolia

Since the new century,with the in-depth implementation of major strategies such as reform and opening up and western development,more and more ethnic floating population have poured into cities,and urban communities have increasingly shown a pattern of ethnic embedded residence.However,in the context of the accelerated pace of urban modernization,how to do a good job in ethnic work,manage ethnic affairs and create a community environment for people of all ethnic groups to live and work in peace and contentment in urban ethnic work in the new era is a difficult problem that needs to be considered in urban ethnic work in the new era.As the first ethnic minority autonomous region in China,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region pioneered the system of regional ethnic autonomy.In recent years,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has followed the major strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee on the construction of new urbanization,promoted the construction process of new urbanization in Inner Mongolia,and promoted the rapid development of urbanization in the whole region.From a national perspective,Tongliao City is the city with the most concentrated Mongolian population.When carrying out ethnic work in multi-ethnic communities,how to implement ethnic unity and help the development of ethnic minorities,find out deficiencies in the work,summarize experience and make up for shortcomings are also practical problems faced by urban community ethnic work.In order to understand the actual situation of ethnic work in urban multi-ethnic communities,this study takes the ethnic work situation of Liaohe community,Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,and focuses on the specific practice,existing difficulties and specific causes of difficulties of ethnic work in the community,focusing on the creation of ethnic unity and progress,ethnic unity publicity,ethnic unity concept For specific issues such as economic development,assistance measures,working methods and team construction of ethnic minorities,in-depth interviews were conducted with members of neighborhood committees,members of ethnic work leading groups,community residents and community merchants.Explore the specific practice,role,status and shortcomings of the community in ethnic work,analyze the difficulties and successful experience of the community in ethnic work,and put forward corresponding suggestions according to the weak points of community ethnic work.Then explore the specific practical path of innovating urban community ethnic work and improving the governance ability of Community Ethnic Affairs in the new era.
