Research On Multi-Ethnic Communication And Integration Of Urban Interlocking Community

The large flow of population has promoted the formation of multi-ethnic mixed living pattern.With the deepening of communication among residents of different ethnic groups in the same living space,ethnic interlocking communities have gradually formed.In May 2014,the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,in its work conference on promoting social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang,proposed to "build a social structure and community environment in which all ethnic groups are embedded with each other,and promote exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups." Constructing ethnic interlocking communities is a key step to promote multi-ethnic communication and integration in cities in the new era,and it is also a realistic path to cast a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.Vigorously promote the construction of ethnic communities,constantly consolidate equality,unity,mutual assistance,and harmonious community and ethnic relations,linkage forces of all parties to do a good job of ethnic unity and progress,and achieve sustainable development of urban multi-ethnic communities,can promote exchanges and integration of all ethnic groups,and cast a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation to lay a good foundation.In the process of observing the construction of ethnic interwoven communities,this paper finds that through the field investigation of Sala,Zhuang,Miao,Yao,Buyi,Yi,Dongxiang,Han and other ethnic groups,The interlocking between ethnic groups in the community is mainly manifested in the life exchanges in the same community space,the construction of social network based on communication and mutual assistance,and the cultural exchanges formed by community social organizations.In the same community space,the floating population of different ethnic groups who enter the city choose different occupations according to their own conditions and rent housing at different prices.They live alone or with their families.In different activity Spaces,they always maintain different degrees of communication with the community.At the social level,with the support of the street and the community,the grassroots service platform is used to build activity platforms and volunteer service platforms for residents of various ethnic groups in the community,and help residents of various ethnic groups to broaden their social circles;In terms of culture,on traditional Chinese national festivals,relevant service departments will organize community residents to celebrate together and feel the joy of the festival,and on national festivals of various ethnic groups,they will send holiday blessings and condolences to ethnic minority residents.At the same time,through the "Inter-ethnic" service platform,the community organizes relevant cultural publicity activities in daily life,creates a community atmosphere of "ethnic unity as one family" in the activities,and actively promotes the urban cultural adaptation of the minority floating population.Through in-depth research on the intermingness of multi-ethnic communities in Xinnan Village,it is found that in urban multi-ethnic communities,residents of all ethnic groups have close daily exchanges,frequent social exchanges and diverse forms of cultural interaction,and the intermingness community construction shows a positive side.However,it is also found that in multi-ethnic communities,there are limitations in the communication between residents of all ethnic groups.The floating population has a weak sense of community belonging,and the participants of cultural and entertainment activities in the community are scattered.This series of problems will affect the construction of ethnic interwoven communities to a certain extent.In response to such problems,the paper proposes measures such as expanding the communication between residents of all ethnic groups in the community by means of grassroots service platforms,deepening community services to promote the generation of community belonging of residents of all ethnic groups,and encouraging residents of all ethnic groups to participate in community activities.Finally,the paper discusses the close relationship between the construction of ethnic interlocking community,the promotion of ethnic communication and integration,and the formation of Chinese national community consciousness.
