People’s Position:Practice Of Marxist State Theory In China

The main research topic is "people’s position: the Chinese practice of Marxist state theory",which is mainly based on three considerations: first,deepening the construction of a modern country with Chinese characteristics in the "people’s position" is the main task given by the times to the theoretical circle;secondly,the successful practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics provides a broad space for the development of Marxist national theory Third,China embarks on the new journey of socialist modernization,which needs to be guided by the Marxist national theory.At the same time,although there are many researches on Marxist national theory in theoretical academia at home and abroad,the research perspective is more extensive and the research results are also more diversified.However,there is not much research on the perspective of "Chinese practice" and "people’s position",which leaves a certain space for this subject.Based on the above considerations,this paper is carried out according to the following research logic: Marxist state theory starts from Marx and Engels’ series of expositions on state issues,and develops and improves in practice.Through combing the relevant theories of Marxist state theory,we can find the core purport of "human liberation" contained in it.Our country is established and constructed by using Marxist state theory.Marxist state theory has absorbed sufficient practical nutrients in guiding Chinese revolution,construction and reform,and obtained new theoretical development.It has transformed its core theme of "human liberation" into the Sinicized expression of "people’s foundation".The new theoretical development originates from practice and returns to new practice It provides guidance for a new round of practice of national governance modernization.Following this research logic,this paper starts from the following five aspects after the introduction: the second chapter is "the relevant theory of Marxist state theory",which refines the core gist of "human liberation" from the relevant research of the ideological origin,logical evolution,theoretical framework,and its internal regulations on socialist countries,focusing on the Marxist state theory This paper discusses the basic viewpoints on the origin of the state,the nature of the state,the dictatorship of the proletariat,the functions of the state,the illusory community,the cheap government and the demise of the state,and uses them as the theoretical framework and analytical tool to demonstrate Chinese practice.The third chapter "review of the practice of Marxist state theory in China",reviews the background and historical evolution of Marxist state theory in China,combs the formation process of socialist countries with Chinese characteristics,summarizes the experience and lessons in practice,and then finds the direction from "human liberation" to "people’s position" in the Chinese practice of Marxist state theory Transformation.This is a research process from theory to practice,in order to draw the outline of the practice of Marxist state theory in China.The fourth chapter is "the leadership of the party: the fundamental point of view of the Sinicization of Marxist state theory".By combing the cognitive evolution of "the relationship between the party and the government" in the practice of socialist countries in China,it expounds that the Communist Party of China is the core force leading the practice of socialist countries with Chinese characteristics.The party’s leadership,the people’s leadership and the rule of law are unified in the national practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics Then it puts forward that "the leadership of the party" is the fundamental point of view of the Sinicization of Marxist state theory.Chapter five,"people’s position: the core of the Sinicization of Marxist state theory" By summarizing the theoretical development of Marxist state theory in the aspects of "state power","state function","state construction","state reform" and "state governance" in China’s practice,we find that "people’s position" is the core of the Sinicization of Marxist state theory,and endows this theory with new theoretical life in contemporary China.This is a research process from practice to theory,in order to draw a theoretical outline of the Sinicization of Marxist state theory.The sixth chapter,"deepening the current practice of the people’s position: Research on the modernization goal path of the governance system and governance capacity of socialist countries with Chinese characteristics in the new era",after a round of deepening of Marxist state theory in China from theory to practice and from practice to theory,the developing Marxist state theory is facing a more urgent historical task in the new era In the new era,how can the theoretical development of Sinicization of Marxist state theory enable a new round of state practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics?
