| According to the World Health Organization(WHO),more than 800,000 people die by suicide every year around the world.According to the survey data of the 2013 China Health Statistical Yearbook,suicide is the main cause of death in the 15-24 age group.The key to reducing and reducing suicide is suicide prevention,and the core of suicide prevention is to identify individuals with high suicide risk.Research shows that only 31% of suicidal individuals can be accurately identified as high-risk individuals,so the prediction of high-risk individuals has become the focus of research in this field.With the deepening of the research on suicide,scholars have put forward a large number of suicide theories.Since traditional suicide theories do not distinguish between suicidal ideation and suicide attempts,the related prevention and intervention strategies based on traditional theories are not effective.In recent years,scholars have proposed the suicide theory under the framework of "idea-behavior",which regards suicide ideation and suicide attempt as two different processes with different influencing factors,explanations and predictors,opening a new prospect for suicide prevention research."Idea-behavior" framework to suicide theory as the instruction,in examining the current status quo and characteristics of college students’ suicidal ideation and suicide attempt,on the basis of analysis between suicidal ideation and suicide attempt the transformation process and transformation of mechanism,and according to the change process of suicidal ideation to suicide attempt,design the intervention plan inspection intervention effect.There are four studies in this research.In the first study,568 college students from four colleges and universities in Jilin and Liaoning provinces were selected as subjects,and two scales of "Suicidal ideation Scale" and "Suicide Attempt Scale" were tested to analyze the current situation and characteristics of suicidal ideation and suicide attempt among college students.Study 2 by a university in Liaoning Province,and the selection of half structured interview,14 relative personnel programmed adopts qualitative research method of grounded theory research methods,based on the procedural standard procedures of grounded theory method,open coding,axial coding and selective coding information obtained for in-depth analysis,sorting and induction,after extracting relevant concepts and categories,Identify the core factors that influence the transition from suicidal ideation to suicide attempt.In the third aspect of the study,a total of 965 college students were selected in three batches to revise the foreign "Psychological Pain Tolerance Scale",and the structure and measurement of the newly discovered variable psychological pain tolerance were carried out.On the other hand,an empirical research model of the formation mechanism of college students’ suicidal behavior including multiple factors influencing suicide attempts is designed.A survey of 862 college students was conducted to examine the components of the transformation of suicidal ideation into suicide attempt.Study 4 aimed at the three main components found in the previous qualitative research and quantitative research that affect the transformation of suicidal ideation into suicide attempt,based on the "Idea-behavior" model and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy,combined with safety plans,designed college students to commit suicide A comprehensive intervention program for behavior.Thirty-six college students with suicidal ideation were divided into an intervention group and a control group for six-week intervention to test the effect of the intervention program.The results of study are as follows:(1)The detection rate of suicidal ideation was 23.06%.The proportion of female students is higher than that of male students,and the proportion of senior students is higher than that of other students.Then,the proportion of only children is higher than that of non-only children,and the proportion of liberal arts is higher than that of science and technology.Furthermore,the proportion of single parents is higher than that of non-single parents,and the proportion of poor family is higher than that of medium family and good family.The detection rate of suicide attempt was 4.40%.The proportion of female students is higher than that of male students,the proportion of sophomores is higher than that of other grades,and the proportion of liberal arts is higher than that of science and engineering.(2)The key factors influencing the transformation of suicidal ideation into suicide attempt were identified as suicide ability,psychological pain and psychological pain tolerance.The suicide ability was mainly reflected in the mastery of suicide mode and physical pain tolerance,which promoted the transformation of suicidal ideation into suicide attempt in college students.Psychological pain strengthened the transformation of suicidal ideation to suicidal taste in college;Psychological pain tolerance mainly includes pain management and pain tolerance,which attenuates the transformation from suicidal ideation to suicide attempt in college students.(3)The results showed that the Chinese version of the revised Psychological Pain Tolerance Scale included two dimensions of pain management and pain tolerance,which had good reliability and validity.It could be used as a measuring tool to investigate the psychological pain tolerance of Chinese college students.(4)College students’ suicidal ideation positively predicts suicide attempts;psychological pain plays a mediating role between college students’ suicidal ideation and suicide attempts;psychological pain tolerance mediates the relationship between college students’ suicidal ideation and psychological pain;suicidal ability plays a role in college students’ suicide Moderating between ideation and suicidal attempt;suicidal ability moderating between psychological pain and suicidal attempt.(5)There were significant differences in suicidal ideation,suicide attempt,psychological distress,suicidal ability and psychological pain tolerance in the intervention group.In the control group,there were no significant differences in suicidal ideation,suicide attempt,psychological pain,suicidal ability,and psychological pain tolerance.The comprehensive intervention program of suicidal behavior of college students is suitable for the intervention research of suicide attempt.It can significantly reduce the suicidal ideation,reduce psychological pain,inhibit the suicidal ability of college students,significantly improve the tolerance of psychological pain,and reduce the transformation of suicidal ideation to suicide attempt.Based on the suicide theory of idea-behavior framework,this study investigated the current situation and characteristics of suicidal ideation and suicide attempt among college students,analyzed the components of the transformation from suicidal ideation to suicide attempt,and empirically tested the theoretical model of transformation from suicidal ideation to suicide attempt.This study designed a comprehensive intervention program for suicidal behavior of college students.The comparison between the intervention group and the control group showed that the intervention program had a better effect on reducing the conversion of suicidal ideation to suicide attempt. |
