guidance,cultivation the dream and belief.University in our country is with Chinese socialism characteristics,therefore in the construction of university culture we should fully embody the scientific connotation of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,to fully show the function of university spirit,to lead the way through socialist core values,to adhere to the Marxism’s guiding position,to education people with the morality and the culture,and to train qualified socialist builders and successors as the final target.University culture has the significant role in promoting economic and social development as well as the development of the university itself,but also has valuable and beneficial experiences and practices,however,there is no denying that itis still being puzzled by the external environment and a variety of problems.To clear the path of the university cultural construction,the thesis takes the problem as its orientation,as Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era being the guide,as the requirement of the socialist culture being the reference,following its characteristics,actively absorbs the advanced concept
