College students are the best among young people and the backbone of future social development.Cultivating a young generation with ideals,abilities and responsibilities is related to the future of the country and the hope of the nation.Therefore,in recent years,college students ignore the frequent occurrence of extreme psychological crisis events,which has become a major problem that the country and society attach great importance to.Strengthening humanistic care and psychological counseling,cultivating a rational,peaceful,positive and healthy attitude,and improving psychological crisis prevention and intervention work have become the urgent tasks of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The Marxist theoretical system contains rich content of the concept of life,which provides macro-ideological guidance and practical method guidance for colleges and universities to carry out psychological crisis intervention work.According to the Marxist life view,the existence of a living individual is the foundation of human life;the essence of life is the sum of all social relations;the value of life lies in the organic unity of human happiness and self-perfection;A person with overall life needs including the dual needs of survival and development;life reflects autonomy through free and conscious activities;life is a perceptual object activity full of passion;the ultimate goal of human life is free and comprehensive development.In the logical system of the Marxist life view,the existence of human natural life is the logical starting point,spiritual life is the transcendence and sublimation of natural life,social life is the link connecting natural life and spiritual life,and the state of practical activities full of passion and autonomy is the basic background of life.Natural life,spiritual life,social life,and life state together form an organic connection and blend with each other,and together constitute a complete and rich life form of human beings.Practicality,subjectivity,reality and integrity are the characteristics of the Marxist life view.From the point of view of feasibility,the education of the Marxist life view is consistent with the prevention and intervention of psychological crisis in terms of the goal of cultivating morality,the educational concept that life is above everything else,and the specific educational content.They both are conducive to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education and promoting the all-around development of college students.The Marxist life view is integrated into the prevention and intervention of psychological crisis.It has a macro-guidance role in establishing ideals and beliefs,guiding values,and cultivating positive psychological the Marxist life view as the theoretical basis,a psychological crisis assessment questionnaire for college students was prepared.The four dimensions of natural life crisis,social life difficulties,loss of spiritual life,and sluggish life status are respectively used to measure the psychological crisis state of college students,which threatens life and safety,lacks goals,cannot find value,and loses passion and autonomy.An empirical survey of 3134 college students found that the detection rate of self-injury ideation among college students was 7.4%,the detection rate of suicide attempt was 4.4%,and the detection rate of suicide plan was 4.0%;the detection rate of self-injury and self-harm behavior was 5.7%;The detection rate of hurting thoughts was 8.0%;as high as 20.0% of college students said they had no clear life goals,20.6% of college students felt that they were worthless,and 22.0% of college students said they lost their passion for life.It can be seen that the problems of suicide and self-mutilation of college students that threaten the safety of natural life are prominent,and the psychological crisis such as low sense of life value,lack of goals,and sluggish life cannot be ignored.The construction of the psychological crisis influencing factor model based on the Marxist life view provides a strong basis for the psychological crisis intervention of college students.The occurrence of college students’ psychological crisis is related to the impact of negative events,poor individual psychological quality,poor interpersonal support system,and conflict of values.Positive psychological qualities(optimism,tenacity,self-esteem,self-confidence,gratitude and contentment)alleviate the negative emotional and behavioral responses of college students,good social relations(national identity and patriotism,friendliness and social support)provide college students with a sense of identity and support,and positive values(dedicated to work)Dedication,integrity,and ideal responsibility)lead the life of college students.Therefore,psychological crisis intervention should give full play to the positive role of protective factors,cultivate the good quality of college students,build positive interpersonal relationships and harmonious interpersonal atmosphere,and guide college students to establish positive values,so as to prevent college students from committing suicide and self-confidence.Injuries and other psychological crises,promote life growth,and help college students strive to achieve the purpose of life value and meaning.Under the guidance of the Marxist life view,design and carry out group counseling and intervention practice for college students’ psychological crisis,recognize natural life first through "life is infinitely good","life gas station" promotes college students’ life growth,and "life protection umbrella" meets college students’ social emotions And spiritual needs,"Life Navigator" attaches great importance to the realization of college students’ life value and other interventions,protects the natural life safety of college students,develops social life,sublimates spiritual life and activates life state,and the effect of psychological crisis intervention is remarkable.The practice of psychological crisis group intervention based on the Marxist life view has proved that the Marxist life view has provided macro guidance and practical guidance in clarifying the essence of psychological crisis intervention,grasping the law of life development,and expanding the content of
