| Educational evaluation is related to the development direction of education.The current physical education evaluation in primary and secondary schools is one-sided.It mainly takes operation as the evaluation content,ignoring the evaluation of cognition and emotion,and the lack of corresponding evaluation tools is one of the main reasons,resulting in multiple educational goals and single teaching implementation.The reality of "two skins" is inconsistent with the requirements of the physical education and health curriculum to cultivate people with morality,to use the functions of sports people,and to pay equal attention to knowledge and skills in policy documents.Although some evaluation practices involve knowledge and emotion,there are problems such as incomplete index dimensions,inconvenient evaluation,and lack of uniformity.The programmatic documents such as the new curriculum standards and the teaching reform guidelines stipulate the high-level nature of the physical education and health curriculum goals.However,due to the lack of evaluation tools in operational practice,it is impossible to effectively evaluate whether students have reached high-level abilities,and the orientation of the course’s high-level educational goals is insufficient.As the subject knowledge of physical education,movement skills occupy a considerable proportion in physical education and health courses.Develop a set of comprehensive,efficient and convenient evaluation tools for the achievement of movement skills teaching and education goals.For evaluating the learning of movement skills of primary and secondary school students,understand the implementation of movement skills courses and the achievement of goals,and to improve the teaching of movement skills in my country.The research is based on the classification theory of educational goals,and comprehensively adopts research methods such as survey method,video analysis,literature data and mathematical statistics to develop and apply the achievement scale of movement skills teaching educational goals.First of all,the research uses offline class observation and interview survey to interview physical education teachers and students in 14 provinces and regions,and collects evaluation information and materials in the practice of teaching activities.Through the method of literature and data,it is determined that the classification theory of educational goals is used as the index frame of the development tool,and the two-way breakdown table is compiled to determine the evaluation and scoring method of the scale.The video analysis method was used to code and analyze the physical education classes of 8 common sports items,and the information of the items to be compiled by the scale was collected.Afterwards,a focus group was established to compile items based on the indicator framework and collected information,and small-scale tests were conducted and language experts were invited to evaluate and revise to form the first draft of the scale.16 experts in related fields were invited to test the content validity of the first draft of the scale.After passing the test,397 primary and secondary school students were selected to make predictions.SPSS software was used to analyze the test results,and the items were revised and improved according to the analysis results to form a scale.The final draft of the scale was selected,and 447 primary and secondary school students were selected to test the reliability and validity of the final draft of the scale.After the scale was formed,stratified random cluster sampling was used to apply it to7,432 primary and secondary school students in grades 4-12 in seven geographic regions in my country.Research on the norm formulation of the achievement degree of skills teaching and educational goals,and the internal relationship between the various fields of movement skills teaching and educational goals.Results:(1)The reliability and validity of the scale for the achievement of educational goals in movement skills teaching is good.The scale is divided into 3 subscales with a total of 48 items.Reliability: Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.974,split-half reliability coefficient was 0.921,and test-retest reliability was0.986[95%CI(0.979~0.991)].Validity: construct validity KMO value is 0.973,Bartlett sphericity test: approximate chi-square=13743.376,df=990,p<0.01,model fitting index display: χ~2/df=2.699(p<0.01),RMSEA=0.062,RMR=0.044,SRMR=0.045,RMSEA 90% CI was 0.045-0.065.Criterion validity was tested by using meta-cognitive questionnaire,primary and secondary school students’ PE learning series self-assessment scale,and teacher’s technical assessment,all of which had significant correlation(p<0.05).(2)In terms of norm formulation for the achievement of educational goals of movement skills teaching: After testing the main effect and interaction effect,this study formulated the percentile grade,demarcation norm and scale operation manual for different regions,school stages,and gender characteristics.(3)Evaluation of the achievement of educational goals in movement skills teaching in the seven major regions of my country: the achievement of cognitive,emotional and operational education goals has not all reached the high-level demarcation level of each region.Skill learners are relatively low in the educational goals of understanding,analysis,and creation;74.3% in the emotional field,and relatively low in the evaluation of value and personalization;in the operational field,72.4%,with complex explicit responses The achievement of educational goals in the categories of,adaptation and creation is relatively low.In addition,there are gender differences(boys are better than girls),school stage(junior high school students have the best overall performance),and regions(the best performance in North China).(4)The relationship between the educational goals of movement skills teaching and education: the three educational goals are significantly correlated(r=0.751-0.812,p<0.01),and the cognitive domain is the mediating variable in the relationship between the affective domain and the operational domain,the mediating effect accounted for 45.36% of the total effect.Conclusions:(1)The scale developed by the research can evaluate the achievement of the educational goals of movement skills teaching.Teaching staff can refer to the scale operation manual for use in grades 4-12.(2)The research established the percentile grades and demarcation norms of the seven regions of the scale.Users can compare and analyze the results with the corresponding scores of the norm by gender,school stage and region.(3)In most areas,the teaching of movement skills is in a low-level teaching state.The training of learners’ cognition,emotion and operation in movement skills teaching needs to be transformed to a higher order.(4)Cognition is the mediating variable in the relationship between emotion and operation.Strengthening the training of learners’ cognitive and emotional aspects may be an effective way to promote the acquisition of movement skills. |
