| Today’s society has entered the era of global integration.To meet the requirement of social development,how Higher Vocational Colleges cultivate specialized talents suitable for the needs of different enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved in vocational education.The construction of new infrastructure for education emphasizes on "relying on space to gather data generated by various terminals,applications and services,developing applications such as smart diagnosis,resource push and learning guidance,et C based on big data,and promoting students’ personalized development".By means of cloud platform and online learning space,with the help of various mobile learning terminals,it has become a consensus to realize the organic combination of large-scale education and personalized cultivation,as well to solve the problem of personalized talents cultivating in vocational education.This research aims at how to build a smart learning model in higher vocational colleges to accurately evaluate students’ professional ability training in real time,dynamically adjust and optimize professional ability training activities,so that students can get the most appropriate guidance and help,get an effective learning environment to improve their professional ability,et C.Based on Dewey’s Learn theory by doing,Huang Yanpei’s vocational education theory,situational cognition theory,constructivism and multiple intelligence theory,The research methods such as questionnaire,statistical analysis and Quasi-experimental research methods are used to build a smart learning model in higher vocational colleges.The main research results of the dissertation include:In allusion to the common problems in higher vocational colleges that it is difficult for students to get timely guidance and help from the excellent teachers,engineers or technicians,as well the difficulties of obtaining the students’ real-time professional learning situations and getting the dynamic needs for professional abilities of the relative positions in enterprises,this dissertation puts forward the idea of establishing individuals’ and groups’ learning profile based on the big data of learning,constructing and iteratively optimizing the professional course learning network,and providing the targeted learning model in higher vocational colleges with learning path and services.Moreover,the targeted learning model is able to dynamically collect the information of the dynamic needs for professional abilities of the relative positions in enterprises and thus provide the basis for adjusting the talents cultivating programs,improving and optimizing learning path network.In view of the problems such as low support for personalized learning,poor interactivity and experience of professional curriculum learning resources in higher vocational colleges,this study proposes a method to build a learning road network from the overall structure,hierarchical structure,learning path and learning service association structure of higher vocational colleges;Based on the improvement of DVD algorithm and PASLER algorithm,an algorithm that can establish the adaptive relationship between learning path and learning service and learners of different categories is proposed,which realizes the iterative improvement and optimization of learning path by using big data,as well as the adaptability between learning service and learners of different categories.Targeting for the commonly existing problem that the students’ learning profile cannot fully reflect the formation of their professional abilities,the modeling method of learners’ profile of their individual professional abilities based on Multi-factor Reasoning is proposed in this dissertation,as well the modeling method of learners’ profile of their group professional abilities based on the Ensemble Clustering,which results from the research on the basis of the curriculum map and the structure of professional abilities.By comprehensively analyzing the statistics of the learning results and processes,the research constructs the profile of the formation of professional abilities of individual and group students so as to evaluate the cultivation of the students’ professional abilities in real time and accurately.Similarity calculation method is put forward to meet the learning requirement of vocational students in various categories and to comprehensively deal with the tense and uncertain information.The research also provides the effective learning path of professional curriculum for the vocational students and personalized recommendation algorithm for the best learning services.Taking more than 400 sophomores of big data majors from four vocational colleges in four different regions of China as research objects,based on Huawei’s intelligent learning system of industry education integration cloud platform,a learning environment supporting students’ professional ability improvement has been built,and a one-year iterative verification has been carried out for more than 20 professional courses,Through the application of validation data,the study behavior and learning effect in the intelligent learning model of vocational colleges oriented to vocational ability are analyzed in depth,providing corresponding suggestions for the effective application of the intelligent learning model. |
