| The 50 th Statistical Report on the Development of Internet in China shows that by June 2022,the number of Internet users in China was 1.051 billion.At the same time,with the advent of the 5G era,the interaction and information production among ordinary Internet users are also more frequent.Public opinion users have also changed from a single producer or receiver of public opinion to a composite role that integrates the producer and receiver of public opinion,and have played a key role in the process of spreading positive social energy.However,after major emergencies such as the COVID-19,the Russian Ukrainian war,and the Itaewon stampede,some netizens often made irrational public opinion dissemination behavior,which led to the rapid fermentation of online public opinion until it broke out,and even formed offline mass events,which greatly damaged the normal social order and may have international impact.Therefore,it is an urgent need for modern social governance to carry out the research on the calibration of the participation behavior of network public opinion audiences in major emergencies to guide and control the participation behavior of network public opinion audiences.It is very important to guide and control the participation of the audience of public opinion on the Internet to create a clean and clear Internet space and reduce the destructive effect of public opinion on the society in major emergencies.Although scholars at home and abroad have carried out research on public opinion audience information behavior,participation behavior and other fields,and laid a foundation for this study.However,the premise of targeted guidance and effective control of the participation behavior of online public opinion audiences is based on accurate calibration of the participation behavior of online public opinion audiences.However,the existing research at home and abroad is less in the field of public opinion calibration mechanism,data infrastructure construction,behavior calibration algorithm and targeted guidance of major emergencies.Therefore,in view of the lack of research at home and abroad,this paper establishes the following main research questions from the perspective of the dilemma of audience participation in major emergencies network public opinion:(1)What is the mechanism of audience participation in major emergencies network public opinion in the mobile environment?(2)How to build a data space for the participation behavior of the public opinion audience of major emergencies in the mobile environment?How to solve the problem of basic data construction required for audience participation behavior calibration of major emergencies in the mobile environment?(3)How to scientifically demarcate the audience participation behavior of major emergencies in the mobile environment?(4)How to target and guide the audience’s participation in major emergencies in the mobile environment?In response to the above research issues,based on the theory of participation behavior,information behavior theory,social cognition theory,social network theory and system dynamics theory,this paper focuses on the research field of public opinion information behavior by using literature analysis,experimental research,and simulation research methods,trying to reveal the mechanism of audience participation behavior in major emergencies in the mobile environment,in order to explore the elements of audience participation behavior,and summarize the characteristics of participation behavior,Summarize the process of participation behavior and analyze the motivation of participation behavior.Then construct the calibration data space,calibration model and hierarchical guidance model of the audience participation behavior of major emergencies in the mobile environment.Thus,the calibration data resource set of the participation behavior of the public opinion audience in the network of major emergencies in the mobile environment will be formed,and then the participation behavior of the public opinion audience will be described qualitatively and quantitatively,abstractly and concretely based on the public opinion data.Finally,the calibration results will be tested and calibrated for accuracy,fitting the participation behavior trajectory,and predicting the behavior trend of targeted guidance.This study will attempt to achieve new breakthroughs in the following areas:(1)Based on the theory of public opinion user participation behavior,information behavior and social cognition,this paper analyzes the mechanism of public opinion audience participation behavior in major emergencies in the mobile environment.On the basis of sorting out the elements of the participation behavior of the audience of major emergencies network public opinion in the mobile environment,analyze the characteristics of the participation behavior of the audience of major emergencies network public opinion in the mobile environment,analyze the process of the participation behavior of the audience of major emergencies network public opinion in the mobile environment,and explore the motivation of the participation behavior of the audience of major emergencies network public opinion in the mobile environment.To build a mechanism model of audience participation behavior of major emergency network public opinion in mobile environment,so as to broaden the research perspective of audience participation behavior of major emergency network public opinion in mobile environment.(2)Based on the theory of information behavior and data space,the data space model of public opinion audience participation in major emergencies is constructed.Based on the division of data object dimension,data set dimension and data service dimension of the public opinion audience participation behavior calibration space for major emergencies,build the major public opinion audience participation behavior calibration management engine,data center system and data space management model,and design the data collaboration management engine algorithm,intelligent elastic data sandbox algorithm,behavior calibration data center algorithm,and behavior calibration service interface algorithm.In order to effectively solve the problems of decentralized data sources,data integration barriers,clear data subjects,and clear data management authority of public opinion audience participation behavior calibration in major emergencies in the mobile environment,and support the basic data construction and knowledge management needs of public opinion audience participation behavior calibration.(3)Based on the theory of information behavior and social cognition,integrating semantic analysis,emotional analysis and knowledge mapping methods,this paper constructs a calibration model of audience participation in major emergencies in the mobile environment.Under the guidance of the mechanism of public opinion audience participation behavior calibration for major emergencies in the mobile environment,and supported by the basic data of the participation behavior calibration data space,the public opinion audience participation behavior calibration model framework and data analysis framework are proposed,and the data analysis process and result portrait display form of the behavior calibration process are clarified.Then build the behavior recognition model,semantic analysis model,emotional analysis model and audience portrait model of major emergencies in the mobile environment.(4)Based on the social network theory and system dynamics theory,a hierarchical guidance model for the participation behavior of network public opinion audiences in major emergencies under the mobile environment is constructed.In view of the characteristics of online public opinion audience participation behavior,based on the disease transmission model based on system dynamics,and using the multi-level penetration thought for reference to analyze the binary state of public opinion audience overlap,build the online public opinion audience participation behavior guidance model,and design the in-layer guidance decision algorithm,which provides a solid theoretical support for the formulation of accurate guidance strategy for online public opinion audience participation behavior in major emergencies in the mobile environment. |
