Research On The Network Public Opinion Dissemination,Evolution And Guidance Of Public Health Emergencies

The Internet has created a new media ecology for the spread and evolution of network public opinion,and has brought new opportunities and challenges to the guidance of network public opinion.The characteristics of public health emergencies,such as their suddenness,importance,and dissemination,further amplify the difficulties of network public opinion guidance in the new media environment.This study mainly adopts case study and content analysis methods,and focuses on the dissemination,evolution,and guidance of public opinion in sudden public health events represented by the "Ruili epidemic" through six chapters of discussion.It also proposes reasonable thinking on the existing problems and solution framework of network public opinion guidance in sudden public health events.The research findings are as follows:First,the online public opinion communication of public health emergencies is a multi-level media matrix dominated by "Weibo,We Chat and Mobile client ",and the national media is the main force of public opinion communication and agenda setting.Although the provincial,municipal,county and other local media have the same rights as the national media to report and guide public opinion on public health emergencies,the discourse power is still concentrated in the mainstream media dominated by the national media.The latest trends,key measures and empathy stories are the key elements to trigger public opinion in public health emergencies.Second,the main force of online public opinion organization for public health emergencies is the super talk host,the main body of public opinion participation is women with college degree or above,and the participants tend to use national media to participate in public opinion during working hours.In the context of the Internet,although the popularity of social media makes the public have more equal discourse rights,there are differences in discourse rights between different individuals or groups.Thirdly,in the participation of public opinion in sudden public health events,the noon working hours are the peak of online public opinion expression,and remote and weak internet resources have a blocking effect on the dissemination of public opinion.Factors such as regional economy,physical distance,age,educational background,and number of fans affect the behavior of individuals using their discourse rights to participate in public opinion.To sum up,the evolution of online public opinion is the result of the discourse power game of different public opinion participants.There are differences in the exercise of the discourse power expressed by different speakers.The main reason for the difference in discourse power between different speakers or groups is the difference in language capital.The difference in the language capital of the media in exercising the right of discourse to participate in public opinion in public health emergencies is affected by factors such as media level,authority,user volume,and the individual is affected by factors such as social identity,media identity,spatial region,and communication behavior.
