Resource Allocation Efficiency And Corporate Export Performance

Since the reform and opening up,with the advantage of cheap labor,China has undertaken the production of processing and assembling in the global value chain.China’s trade scale is growing rapidly,and it has become a big trading country.However,China is far from a trade power.China is still at the middle and low end of the global value chain,and the export performance of Chinese enterprises is not ideal,so improving the export performance of enterprises has become an important task in the construction of trade power.At the same time,China’s GDP per capita is far lower than that of developed countries such as the United States,Germany,Japan and so on.It has a long way to go to realize the Chinese dream of a prosperous and strong country.For China,improving the efficiency of resource allocation is an important way to release the potential of economic growth and improve the level of economic development.Therefore,China needs to optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of resource allocation in the domestic economic circulation,and promote the construction of trade power and improve corporate export performance in the international economic circulation.Can the improvement of resource allocation efficiency improve corporate export performance?From the perspective of domestic and international double circulation,can the improvement of domestic resource circulation improve the performance of enterprises participating in international circulation?In order to answer this question,this paper studies the effect and mechanism of resource allocation efficiency improvement on the export performance of enterprises in the framework of heterogeneous enterprise trade theory from three aspects:the quality of export products,the product markups of multi product export enterprises and the domestic value-added rate of enterprises export.This paper enriches the trade theory of heterogeneous enterprises and expands the theory of resource allocation.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper finds that the improvement of resource allocation efficiency has a significant promoting effect on the export performance of enterprises,indicating that China should smooth the domestic resource circulation and give full play to the driving force of domestic circulation to international circulation.
