| Recycling of waste electronic products and circular using of resources are the current concerns globally.Remanufacturing provides an effective solution for waste electronic products.However,due to the slow development of the main market of remanufactured products in China,the development of the remanufactured industry has been seriously hindered.On the one hand,online recyclers based on Internet platforms are the beneficial supplement of the existing electronic waste recycling system.Under the background of "Internet+",researches on multi-channel recycling of waste products are of practical significance to promote the extension of producer responsibility and the construction of ecological civilization.The emergence of the Internet recycling channels has tremendous impact on the traditional recycling channels.The biggest characteristic of Internet recycling channels is their low recycling cost.Internet recycling eliminates the recycling station,trading market and other intermediate links,greatly improving the operation efficiency,reducing the operation cost and maintaining the light mode of the platform to the greatest extent.However,there is still a need for the existence of traditional channels,and the diversification of recycling channels plays an important role in expanding the number of recycled products.The difference of recovery cost between channels intensifies the competition.This book studies the effect of recovery cost difference on dual-channel supply chain pricing.In addition,there are various ways to recover the value of recycled products.High quality recycled products can be profitable through remanufacturing,while low quality recycled products can be profitable through disassembly and reuse.Therefore,considering the different methods of product recycling,the influence of the proportion of recycled products on the pricing of dual-channel supply chain was studied.On the other hand,manufacturers(both original manufacturers and remanufacturers)and retailers have been using price leverage to attract customers and promote sales performance,but in addition to price,consumer brand loyalty is increasingly based on the service or quality of remanufactured products.In addition to the traditional price competition,product warranty strategy has become a new hot spot.Warranty strategy refers to the obligation or paid warranty provided by manufacturers,retailers,distributors and other guarantors to the consumers in respect of the technical performance,usage results and maintenance of the products during the sales process,and the consumers can predict the product quality based on the product warranty.Warranty has become an effective mechanism to reduce consumer risk and stimulate market demand.At the same time,it is also associated with corporate social responsibility,which is a key feature of corporate sustainability and business sustainability.The establishment of effective warranty decision mechanism can reduce the perceived risk of consumers and improve the perceived value of customers,thus stimulating green growth.The overall train of thought of this book is as follows for solving the problem of warranty decision mechanism for remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain.Firstly,researches on key decision factors of remanufacturing warranty were carried out.On this basis,from the study of remanufacturing product warranty subject portfolio strategy,the optimal warranty efficiency of remanufactured products in closed-loop supply chain is further studied by considering the comparative relationship between warranty duration and warranty cost.From the perspective of consumer behavior,and the research is mainly carried out from the following five aspects:(1)In chapter 2,relevant domestic and overseas studies were reviewed.Firstly,by reviewing the literature on green development and circular economy,the research achievements of supply chain and closed-loop supply chain were introduced and the research problems were determined.Furthermore,through the research on warranty decision,the difference and interaction between remanufacturing warranty and new product warranty were clarified.Finally,the paper reviewed the relevant researches of game theory and consumer behavior theory synchronously,which provided a foundation for the research methods and theories in this book.(2)In chapter 3,consumer bargaining ability of the remanufacturing of closed-loop supply chain pricing and coordination decisions was considered.From the perspective of research content,on the basis of scholars’ researches,considering the low bargaining ability of consumers in the existing recycling pricing mechanism,it was assumed that the bargaining ability of consumers has a positive impact on the recycling prices.Under this condition,it provided a theoretical basis for the research on the pricing decision and coordination mechanism of manufacturers’ closed-loop supply chain.In the aspect of result analysis,comparative static analysis method was adopted.The research approach follows the hypothesis of dual-channel recovery,then the model of the problem was established,and the optimal solutions were obtained by the decision optimization method,and the decision results were compared and analyzed.Solutions and tools were mainly used in game theory,operations research and other optimization,coordination theory.(3)In chapter 4,pricing and coordination decision of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain under cost difference of recovery channel were studied.Considering traditional recycling cost difference and ratio of recycling products between distributors and online recyclers.Stackelberg game pricing model was built between manufacturers,distributors and online recyclers,and the optimal recovery pricing and profit of dual channel under decentralized decision and centralized decision were given respectively.The effects of factors such as remanufacturing ratio,recovery competition coefficient and consumer recovery price sensitivity coefficient on recovery price,recovery volume and profit were analyzed by numerical simulation.Finally,the sharing contract on benefit and cost was used to realize the pareto improvement of the supply chain,and the efficiency of the coordination contract was verified by numerical examples,and the necessity and effectiveness of the coordination contract of waste product recovery were further discussed.(4)In chapter 5,the warranty efficiency decision of closed-loop supply chain system was studied,aiming at the optimal combination strategy selection of the provider of closed-loop supply chain system warranty.Firstly,three kinds of decision models were constructed,which were warranty by manufacturers,retailers and the supply chain system.This book will introduce consumer buying behavior to the closed-loop supply chain system which has warranty services.Considering the fact that different subjects have different warranty cost coefficient and according to the influence of decision interval of optimal warranty term on profit of supply chain system,the variation trend of supply chain warranty decision under the comparison of warranty cost was analyzed.Finally,the optimal warranty efficiency interval of supply chain system under the comparison of warranty cost of each guarantor was analyzed.Second,a bilevel programming model of two phase remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain was built.The solution of sub-game Nash equilibrium under each decision model was obtained by the reverse induction method,and the conclusion was drawn that "there was a threshold in the warranty cost interval of each warranty subject,which enables the member enterprises of the closed-loop supply chain to obtain the optimal profit within the equilibrium interval".(5)In chapter 6,the decision problem of warranty term of closed-loop supply chain was studied.From the perspective of consumer behavior,firstly,the consumer utility function was extended and the market demand model based on consumer remanufacturing preference was constructed.Secondly,based on the Stackelberg game model,the optimal pricing and production decisions of three decision models were studied.Thirdly,the optimal profit function of supply chain was obtained according to the optimal value range of warranty period.Finally,the double marginalization effect of supply chain was coordinated by revenue sharing contract and two-part toll system contract.(6)In chapter 7,to solve the problem of extended warranty service pricing in the process of remanufacturing,the decision-making and coordination mechanisms under three models were studied.First of all,based on the improved model of consumer demand,the decision time series under different force comparisons in the closed-loop supply chain were considered and the warranty pricing problem of supply chain system under centralized decision and decentralized decision were studied.Finally,through the supply chain contract coordination,Pareto improvement in the supply chain system was obtained.It was concluded that the improvement of the degree of consumer preferences can effectively increase the production(namely the market demand)of new products,remanufacturing products and the extended warranty service products.Remanufacturing warranty strategy is an emerging research topic in the field of remanufacturing.Within the scope of remanufacturing warranty,the warranty strategy of new products was considered at the same time,and the innovation of this book is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Research on the incentive mechanism of supply chain recovery under the difference of dualchannel recovery cost.The cost difference of distributors and online recycler operational,and the combination of the recycled product value recovery mode were considered comprehensively.The profit changes of manufacturers,distributors and online recyclers were analyzed by comparing the situations of decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making,and the influences of remanufacturing ratio,recycling channel competition coefficient,consumer recovery price sensitivity coefficient and differentiated recovery cost on profit,recovery volume and recovery price were investigated by sensitivity analysis.Based on the introduction of revenue sharing contract,Furthermore,the operating costs of distributors and online recyclers were further Shared,thus achieving Pareto improvement of the supply chain.(2)Research on EOL product recovery decision considering consumers’ bargaining ability.Introducing consumer bargaining ability of discarded electronic products recycling model,the optimal pricing based on the logistics pattern which retailers and network platforms recycle together was obtained in this scenario,innovating consumers to more actively involve in choosing regular channels for recycling.At the same time,the influence of consumer bargaining ability coefficient on e-waste recovery was incorporated into the model of dual-channel supply chain recovery,and the research subject of closed-loop supply chain was expanded from nodal enterprises to consumers,which provided a direction for the combination of consumer behavior research and closed-loop supply chain research in the future.(3)Design of optimal warranty efficiency strategy for remanufacturing products: The key point of forming the system of optimal warranty efficiency strategy for remanufacturing was to study the combination of optimal warranty period and optimal warranty subject.Warranty efficiency directly defines the effectiveness of warranty strategy implementation and was directly linked to the profits of member enterprises in the supply chain.How to construct the system model of warranty efficiency according to the key influencing factors of the refined warranty and design the optimal warranty efficiency strategy of remanufacturing products were the premises of exploring the design of differential warranty strategy under the disturbance of consumer behavior.Therefore,it was innovative to conduct the research on optimal warranty efficiency for remanufacturing products from a comprehensive perspective.(4)Design of differential warranty strategy under the disturbance of consumer behavior: The sub-chapter focuses on considering the difference of warranty preference of consumers and studies the model construction based on consumers’ risk preference.By introducing the key factors that constitute the optimal warranty efficiency to extract the differential warranty decision model based on consumer behavior risk preference.The constraints of the differentiation characteristics of consumer purchase behavior and the key warranty decision factors(for example: the warranty period,the extended warranty pricing,etc.)were considered.The differential warranty model under the disturbance of consumer behavior was designed and the optimal solution of each key decision factor under the model was solved.Moreover,the decision combination model was optimized to improve the utility of consumer remanufactured products,effectively guide consumers’ purchasing behavior and perception bias,and stimulate the market demand for remanufacturing systems.(5)Establishment of coordination model of differential warranty strategy for remanufactured products: Research on how to improve coordination model such as revenue sharing contract to improve profits of supply chain with warranty service was the key node of coordination model with differential warranty strategies.Warranty strategy coordination was the internal driving force for efficient cooperation in the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain system,and reasonable coordination of the overall benefits of the supply chain was the feedback and improvement of the evaluation of differential warranty performance.In this book,the game models under different decision models were studied and the relevant optimal coordination strategies were obtained. |
