With the rapid progress of society, people’s life has been greatly improved, But a serious environmental pollution problem with the development, For the sustainable development of mankind, we must strengthen the role of environmental protection. Therefore, our government rose to develop circular economy vigorously from a strategic height. Many businesses have begun to vigorously carry out used products recycling activities, and even set up a special third-party recovery service center. Based on this social environment, more and more scholars began to study coordination and management work of the closed-loop supply chain system, which is added recycling to the traditional supply chain system. And the studies have made great progress in the last few years. But the most establishments of models in these studies are based on a single channel case, did not took manufacturers maybe take part in product sales or recycling of used products into consideration. In these social realities and academic research status, this article study the pricing decision and coordination of dual-channel closed-loop supply chain system, based on the differences in quality and performance between the new products and recycled products, and consumers’ different recognition. Research contents are divided into four parts: first we discuss manufacturers and retailers based on stackelberg game differential pricing strategy on the premise of information symmetry, and analysis the effect of double channels on the pricing strategy of system member. Secondly, we analysis the differential pricing model of manufacturers and retailers under asymmetric information, and analysis the differential pricing strategy and profits between information symmetry and information asymmetry by comparison with the chart. Then give a centralized pricing model of supply chain members, and make the profit under centralized pricing as a benchmark of profit optimization under Information asymmetry decentralized decision-making, to coordinate profit loss caused by information asymmetry by the design of revenue-and-expense sharing contract. Analysis pricing strategy and profits under the three models: information asymmetry, centralized decision making, contract –coordination also by comparison with the chart. Finally, we compare pricing strategies and profits of four different models in the form of a numerical example by assigning values to the related parameters, in order to verify the correctness of the related conclusion and the effectiveness of the contract. And get some managerial implications by sensitivity analysis of related parameters. From the results of this study, dual-channel has a certain impact on pricing and profit of closed-loop supply chain system members. We also can get that the system’s profit under centralized decision-making can achieve the optimal. In addition can be concluded that in the presence of information asymmetry, it could encourage member who has private information to share his personal information and it can make the system to optimize profits by making some effective mechanisms.
