| As one of the important goals of high-end transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,intelligence was a strategic commanding point for building a powerful manufacturing country in China and achieving a new round of competitive advantages in the global manufacturing industry.At present,emerging technologies,such as the fifth generation mobile communication technology(5G),industrial Internet and big data,through deepening integration with the manufacturing industry chain,not only enhance the competitive advantages of the manufacturing industry,but also drive the high-end climbing of the manufacturing value chain.In practice,the intelligent transformation and development of China’s manufacturing industry presented characteristics of different states,levels,and effects.As shown in the statistical report,the market size of China’s intelligent manufacturing industry in 2021,the market size of the CNC machine tool industry was about 370 billion yuan,while the market size of industrial robots was about 50 billion yuan.In essence,intelligent manufacturing value chain climbing was systematic engineering involving the synergistic action of many factors.It was necessary to explore the constituent factors,action mechanism and dynamic mechanism,so as to effectively realize the goal of high-end climbing of the intelligent manufacturing value chain.On this basis,the new connotation of manufacturing value chain climbing from the perspective of intelligent development was explored,the function mechanism,components and regulation strategies of the manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system under intelligence were studied,and the decision-making basis for the manufacturing industry and related management departments was provided.Through literature review,the origin and development of intelligence and manufacturing value chain climbing were reviewed,as well as related research on the dynamic system mechanism of manufacturing value chain climbing under intelligence,related research on the dynamic system and components of manufacturing value chain climbing under intelligence and related research on the regulation and control of manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system under intelligence.This paper mainly studied the dynamic system model and control strategy of manufacturing value chain climbing under intelligence.The specific research content consisted of the following four aspects.(1)The dynamic mechanism analysis and theoretical framework of the manufacturing value chain climbing under intelligence.Based on the definition of manufacturing industry,intelligence,value chain climbing and dynamic system,literature analysis and rooted analysis method were used to specifically analyze the dynamic mechanism and dynamics of manufacturing value chain climbing under intelligence.A theoretical research framework of the value chain climbing dynamic system in the manufacturing industry was proposed,which was composed of the recognition of value chain climbing dynamic factors,the construction of the value chain climbing dynamic model and the regulation of value chain climbing dynamic system.The theoretical research framework constructed not only revealed the dynamic mechanism of manufacturing value chain climbing under intelligence,but also laid a theoretical foundation for further research.(2)Construction of the identification system for the components of the manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system under intelligence.Based on the synergetic characteristics of the value chain climbing dynamic system,the theoretical analysis method was used to analyze the characteristics of the individual advantages of the system,and an intelligent method was proposed to identify the components of the manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system.Based on an example of the development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,the method of factor identification was used to identify the components of the value chain climbing dynamic system for China’s equipment manufacturing industry.(3)Model construction of manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system under intelligence.Based on the dynamic system structure objective of competitive advantage and value creation,the case analysis method was used to analyze the dynamic process of value chain climbing under the intelligent enterprise of typical cases.According to multi-level analysis methods,a dynamic system model of manufacturing value chain climb was proposed,which consisted of three subsystems: original chain climbing,cross-chain horizontal climbing,and new chain vertical climbing.Based on the proposed dynamic system model,the system simulation and simulation method were used to build a system dynamics simulation model,the causal relationship and dynamic mechanism of the system elements were analyzed,then the different effects of different dynamic elements on each subsystem within the system were simulated and analyzed.(4)Regulation strategy of manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system under intelligence.Based on typical cases of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy set which combined qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis was used to put forward regulation criteria under different configurations of manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system.According to the effective configuration analysis of different elements for the manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system,the regulation strategy for the manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system was put forward according to different regulation criteria.The research purpose of this paper was to solve the problems of identifying,constructing,and regulating the manufacturing value chain climbing dynamic system under intelligence.New perspectives and methods were provided for research in the field of intelligent manufacturing value chain management,and the efficiency and effectiveness of intelligent manufacturing upgrading and upgrading practices were improved. |
