The engineering geological environment is the important factor of the urban planning and urban development, and it is the collectivity of the hypo-geological environment made by former geological environment and human engineering activity, which has the connection with the city distribution, construction, land function zoning and so on. The evaluation of the urban engineering geological environment, which synthesized various affecting elements of geological environment, is a scientific judgment using the method of system theory.In this paper, we use analytic hierarchy process to determine quality of the environment that affect the engineering geological factors of the 15 indicators of the weight and use a powerful tool for dealing with fuzzy things—fuzzy mathematics, to evaluate the quality of geological environment on the area of the main function areas that north of the Fuxin Xihe river. Based on the results of the engineering geological environment of the area of the main function areas that north of the Fuxin Xihe River to analysis the suitability of the region's functional zoning and engineering geology environment quality.
