The second land survey began in earnest as land use system reform, market economy system for further improvement and the construction of the growing integration of urban and rural economic development and the management of collective land ownership gradually strengthened.This paper briefly introduced the concept of cadastral and mapping of the basic method, measuring principle of common coordinate system and its transformation. Major study on the original cadastral data's using that in Beijing 1954 coordinate system for the second land survey. To Bayantuohai town in Ewenke National Autonomous Banner as an example, through the existing control points, drawings, electronic database, data analysis, were used in several different ways to achieve the reuse of the raw data. Including its cadastral drawings have been digitized information; convert existing electronic database file format; using Visual Basic language to write programs to achieve the control point coordinate system conversion and automatic conversion of maps were generated.Through the practice of Bayantuohai town's second land survey proven that several proposed solution is feasible to reduce a certain amount of manpower and resources to accelerate the progress of the second tune.
