Physics course is a basic scientific course in senior school. It is associated with the nine-year compulsory scientific education and aims at improving the scientific literacy of students.Physics course helps students learning basic physics knowledge and skills, experience the process of scientific inquiry, understanding the scientific method, enhancing innovation and practice ability, and developing the interest and passion to understand the nature.Because of the high cost of some laboratory equipments and the danger of some experiments, it makes the design and implementation of computer simulation feasible. With the development of technology, computers have been common in our daily life and play a more and more important part. There are several forms in computer-aided physics teaching: computer-aided management of physics experiment teaching, computer-aided process control of physical experiment, data acquisition, data processing and computer-aided teaching software for physics experiments. Recently, physical simulation has become a new direction of physical experiment.The simulation study abroad began in the late eighties of last century when some research institutions tried to simulate and control the operation of complex systems by computers. By the early nineties of last century, some domestic universities have begun to develop computer simulation and have some achievement. Compared to this, physics simulation in senior school is still developing too slowly to apply for the lack of relating talents. Most of them only have presentation function, so it has a far way to go before being real interactive experiments.This article is based on scientific methods, principles and methods of construction, innovative theory and innovative education theory, system theory, cognitive constructivism learning theory, active teaching theory, the teaching theory of physics experiment and other educational theory. In this article, we create a new simulation of physical experiment for senior schools with a new philosophy of education content by referring to the "task type ", "individualized method", "interactive model", "heuristic model" and other successful teaching ideas and procedures, and it is easy to operate and promote.Simulation can not completely replace the real experiment for its low degree of simulation and its idealized results. However, it has an obvious advantage such as breaking through time and space constraints, breaking through the concept of real experiments, the lower cost, the safeness, the easy operation process and the repeatability. Simulation can create independent learning environment and plays an important part in creation of a large area of open, designing and researching of experiments teaching. Therefore, simulation is easier to create a fun environment for students to study physics and stimulates students'potential.Firstly, this article makes a simple statement of the concepts of simulation experiments and the necessity of simulation experiments based on the recent development. In this article we take"the measurement of the wavelength of light with double-slit interference"as an example to make a simple statement of the design and Implementation of Flash simulation experiments combined with the advantages of Flash and software development project management methods.
