Design And Realization Of Land And Resource Management And Service System

With the rapid development of computer network technology and the maturity and perfection of GIS, Land Resources Management and Service System, which based on GIS, has provided a new management mode for land and resources management departments at all levels.In response to the standardization development plan marked by Ministry of Land and Resources, the Land and Resources Bureau of XiShui urgently need a standardization system, which can help them to realize the socialization, informatization and standardization of land resource service. This paper design and realize the XiShui Land and Resource Management and Service System, which could help the Land and Resources Bureau of XiShui to achieve the aim of improve the management efficiency and quality, realize easy management and decision making.This paper first analysed the state and trend of landresources informatization in both national and international. On the next, based on Database Technology, combine with Office Automation,Computer Network Technique,GIS and Data Share-and-Exchange, the framework of XiShui Land and Resource Management and Service System is designed, the programming procedure are presented and tested, which achieved desired effect. The primary work and achievements are as follows:1) The system used advanced concept of design for framework and professional work data flow design, which with C#.Net and ArcGIS Server as development platform to system development. Which ensured practical and advanced of the system that this thesis designed.2) In the thesis, the author discusses the principle of attribute data and spatial data, which with SQL Server 2005 as database platform. Which used the theory of relational database designed the attribute database and spatial database. and used ArcSDE as spatial data's access pass. That provides the complete data service for the system.3) According to the standardization informatization system, Designed the general Management and Service System of the Land and Resources Bureau of XiShui which basised on the model of B/S, Which realized the office to internetize of the Land and Resources Bureau of XiShui, And used the platform of ArcGIS Server designed the map application modules which realization the combine with the GIS and office automation.4) The author introduced the realization of the system and the program realization process of GIS module in detail. And through the system test, proved the correctness and the feasibility of the system'design and implement.
