The Lou Fang Ping area is an important oil production region by realizing stable producing in the Eighth Oil Production Factory of Chang Qing Oilfield Company. Previous research of exploration shows that the Yanchang Group of the Triassic age and the Yan'an Group of the Jurassic age have oil and gas showing in many sandstones, such as the Chang 4+5,Chang6 and the lower group of Chang 8 in the Yanchang Group and Yan10 of the Yan'an Group in adjacent region all have gotten good production of oil. But at present, the major reservoir of Yanchang Group in this study area is just Chang 1, in which the exploitation has been for years and developed into the high water-cut stage. And the average production is less than It/d each well, so as to find new sandstones to maintain production growth is very important now. Therefore, the study of sedimentary facies, sand body distribution, reservoir characteristics in the Lou Fang Ping area is necessary, by this research we can optimize beneficial oil layer segment and areas of each layer by comprehensive selection, and adjust the procedure of oil produces, for promoting production.The fine stratigraphic correlation and classification is the basic of the prediction of favorable research. because of there is not a stander for stratigraphic correlation and classification and the characteristic of mark bed in yanchang group is not obvious, so it make too hard to do it. through all exploration wells, appraisal wells, production wells and some adjacent areas, exploration wells were analyzed and studied in details, extracted four marker beds and two auxiliary sign layer. Under the control of Marker bed 146 wells were turned fine stratigraphic correlation and classification,at last the formation is closed.On the basis of drilling, well geophysical logging, with drilling mud logging, testing of oil and its production, core analysis and production development and other data, we redivided the layers of the Yanchang Group, comparising them by the well to well of this area, getting the distribution of the sandstones, and its permeability and saturation of oil in them. We put our attention on the heterogeneity between the layers and the mircro-anisotropism in the sandstones. Restored the ancient landform of Jurassic period, unifies the produce material of Chang-1 to study the influence of ancient landform of the Chang 1 oil reservoir. Obtains the primary factors to control the enrichment of oil reservoir is the sedimentary facies, the distribution of sand bodies and the reservoir properties. Optimize the favorable oil layer segment and favorable oil area under the guidance of hydrocarbon accumulation rule. Provide the next step of exploration deployment for the oil field.
