Research On The Intensive Land Using Evaluation System For County Development Zone Based On ArcGIS Engine

As an antecedence region of reform and opening,the development zone play an very important role in promoting the rapid development of urban economy. In recent years,with the rapid development of county economy,there appeared some phenomenon such as pay great attention to expansion,scale,foreign capital and neglect tapping latent potential,efficiency,plan in the land use of some County Development Zone,the land utilization efficiency is lower. Carry out the evaluation study for land use in the county development zone will bring great significance. However,we still adopt the traditional mode in operation now,it is ineffective,complex and data storages scattered. Therefore,in order to provide decision-making service for land management department,it is significant to explore methods to make the GIS technology be applied in the development zone intensive land using evaluation and develp the intensive land using evaluation system for county Development Zone.This study made a business analysis for county development zone intensive land using evaluation work,takes the development zone intensive land using evaluation and potential estimation professional work as mainline,adopts the Object Oriented modular design method,designed a county Development Zone intensive land using evaluation system based on ArcGIS Engine. It mainly includes six function modules such as system basic function,land using status investigation,intensive land using evaluation,intensive potential estimation,special topic statistic analysis and enterprises dynamic monitoring module.The subject completed the design and develop work for county development zone intensive land using evaluation by selecting American ESRI companies'component GIS product——ArcGIS Engine,using the Object Oriented development language C#,adopting the SQL Server 2005 Relational Database Technology,and combined with the land using status investigation data of Zhaoyuan city Economic and Technological Development Zone. It also further studied the technology and methods of this system.Firstly, the study background and significance was discussed, expatiate the purpose, content, methods and technical route,and give a review for study area overview and investigations internal and overseas of intensive land using evaluation study.Secondly, the related theories of intensive land use and Development Zone intensive land using evaluation were summarized;this Development Zone intensive land using evaluation work was also introduced,constructed a set evaluation index system which is more scientific and much suitable for County Development Zone;Then expatiated the key technology in the system,such as the concept,characteristics and development mode of ComGIS and the concept of ArcGIS Engine.Thirdly, according to the requirement analyst,it carries out the overall design of this system, expounds the design thought and principle of system,and also describes in detail the fuction structure,development environment,development mode and database design. Then the main function,implement method and technology of the six modules are set forth detailly. At last, after summarizing the main characteristic of the system, the innovation idea and shortage of this system are brought forward, and the application foreground is prospected,proposes the development direction of Development Zone land intensive use evaluation system.
