Dialectics is a science that human being observes the law of the society. Engels said "Dialectics is just the science about the natural world, human society thought motion and the universal law developing". From this we can know that dialectics is a fundamental law which is used to knowing development of object, looking at a problem all-round field. We can inspect problem or analyze a problem more incisive and more limpid if we apply dialectics, and we can also find out correct method for solving the problem.The mathematic concept is a basic key element of mathematic thought, it is that the nature of objective things quantity relation and space form which is in hit the target reporting of human brain, and it is a basic for judging, speculating, expounding and proving. Therefore, the mathematic conceptual grasping has the all-important effect to entire mathematical education. There is a inherent nature connection between the mathematics and materialist dialectics. They are guidance and be guided , common and special, general and specific dialectical relationship. In the teaching of the mathematic concept, seeping through dialectics and guiding a student to apply dialectical thought to form cognition structure is a effective approach for improving teaching efficiency.This paper takes mathematic methodology as theory and from the angle of dialectics , take some important and representative significance concepts as example, and through the specific teaching cases shows how to implement materialist dialectics thoughts in math concepts teaching, and finally gives some suggestions.
