Primary Study On Taxonomy Of The Cyanolichen In China

Abstract/Summary:
Cyanolichen composed of blue green algae as one kind of its photobiont. It comprises 3 classis, 4 chasses, 9 families and 23 genera, which are Lecanorales-Pannariaceae (Eriodema, Pannaria, Fuscopannaria, Parmeliella, Psoroma), Coccocarpiaceae (Coccocarpia), Collemataceae (Collema, Leptogium, Physma), Lobariaceae (Dendriscocaulon, Lobaria, Pseudocyphellaria, Sticta), Nephromataceae (Nephroma), Peltigeraceae (Peltigera, Solorina),Pyrenulales-Xanthopyreniaceae (Pyrenocollema), Lichinales-Lichinaceae (Anema, Peccania, Phylliscum, Psorotichia, Thyrea), Peltulaceae (Peltula). An Enumeration of Lichens in China, which is edited by Jiangchun Wei, including 22 genera. In 1994, Fuscopannaria is published by J?rgensen in China. Then J?rgensen and the other experts described some other species in China, North America, Norway and so on.The thesis is the first report of Cyanolichen sistemly in China, reporting 23 genera of 9 families with species components and their research history, and studied with multiple mthods involving morphology, anatomy, chemistry, geography. It also involves the type genera and species, the key to families and the key to genera. This study covers some areas of China, such as Qinghai, Gansu, Yunnan, Sichuan, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Fujian, Hunan, Hubei, Xizang, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Guizhou , Hebei, Jilin, Ningxia.The study is based on the specimens deposited in Lichen Section of Botanical Herbarium, Shandong Normal University (SDNU). More than 600 specimens are comprehensively studied with multiple methods involving morphology, anatomy, chemistry, geography. On the basis of the identification results of all specimens examined, 51 species including 3 species new to science and 2 species new to China are reported. They are described in detail and the related species are discussed. And keys to genera of the family and to species of genera from China are given.In the thesis, chemistry study uses color reaction test (CT) and Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC).The morphological photos of the thalli of some of the 51 species presented in this thesis are provided. The study enriches the distribution date of the the Cyanolichen of China.
