Lecanora, which is the largest genus in Lecanoraceae and the important part of crustoselichens, is classified into Lecanoraceae, Lecanorales, Lecanoromycetes, Ascomycota. In China, most studies on the lichen genus Lecanora are from Western District, such as Xinjiang, Gansu,Shaanxi, Guizhou and Yunnan Province, while the study from Northeast District is very rare.More than900speciesmens deposited in Lichen Section of Botanical Herbarium, ShandongNormal University (SDNU) are comprehensive studied with multiply methods includingmorphology, anatomy and chemistry. In this thesis,24species with morphological photos arereported, of which two species are new to science and six species new to China with a series ofphotos of the important characters. New to sicence: L. mongolica G. L. Zhou&L. Lü and L.subloekoesii G. L. Zhou&L. Lü. New to China: L. chionocarpa Hue, L. flotoviana Spreng., L.loekoesii Y. Joshi, L. Lü&Hur, L. megalocheila (Hue) Miyawakii, L. pacifica Tuck. and L.praepostera Nyl.This is the first time to report species and local distribution of the lichen genus Lecanora inNortheast China. A key to species of the24species with detail descriptions and discussions ofrelated species is given. The important characters both in Chinese and English are given to makeconvenience for other research. The lichen Lecanora genus contain abandunt lichen subtances, and19secondary metabolitesare detected by color reaction test (CT), Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and microcrystal test(MCT) in this thesis. This study provides many photos and distribution data of the lichen Lecanora genus ofNortheast China filled up the blank of this area, made convenience for the futher research, andenriched the basic data for Lichen Virtual Herbarium. |
