Study On Some Application Of The Hybrid Innovative Multi-objective Decision Support System

With technology and economic development, innovation has more and more important influence to the core competitiveness of the country. How to evaluate and measure a college student has talent have been puzzled the entire education sector for a long time. Based on the complexity of college students innovation, the article outlines the development process of college students innovative ability assessment decision support system and combines the innovative features of recent college students, while focuses on the development of decision support functions and makes a correct evaluation of innovation to provide strong support for the education of the students.The main contents of the article are: to establish a information services software for student innovation ability and achieve the innovation evaluation of different schools and different departments of the students in various stages. For the complex characteristics of student innovation index, we use hybrid multi-objective decision method which combined the qualitative and quantitative to make evaluation in the college students innovative ability assessment decision support system, while research and design a set of innovation indicators of university students.The indicator system of the comprehensive value of the innovation of university students is the foundation and standard to evaluate innovation indicators of university students, and this system is also the key to design the system according to the principal of being brief and scientific, the principal of being systematic and comprehensive,the principal of being stable and comparable, having analyzed systematically and integrated reasonably the factors which influenced the innovation of university students, the indicator system using to evaluate the innovation of university students comprehensively has been achieved.Many multi-objective decision-making is widely used in the current decision support systems. Owing to the complexity of the influential factors of the system used to evaluate the innovation of university students, many objects have the character of being unstable and changeable, The traditional support methods could not satisfy the requirement completely. The article uses innovation evaluation of students as the application platform and refers to the previous hybrid algorithm, proposes a new hybrid multi-objective algorithm, and gives a detailed application procedures.According to the above analysis and study, the design and realization of innovation decision support system of college students has been achieved. While analyzing and designing the system, the ideas could be formed according to the analysis facing to the objects. This system combines the database, model database, knowledge base and the intelligent man-machine interface together organically, and it integrates the expert's knowledge of character analysis, metered calculation and database to be a comprehensive system. The system adopts the C/S mode andASP.NET2.0 technology, while uses Visual Studio2008 to design and develop man-machine interface, managing the background database by SQL Server2000.
