In the background of global warming, the Liaoning regional climate is also occurring more significant changes. In recent years, higher temperatures, less precipitation, drought increased, to Liaoning's economic development and agricultural production caused a strong impact. Thus, the understanding of climate change in Liaoning rules to guide the agricultural production, disaster prevention and mitigation of great significance. In this paper,52 weather stations in Liaoning Province since 1956,20 phenological stations since 1981, the observation data should be collected, the use of statistical software spss and Microsoft Excel, Liaoning climate change around the major Features:solar energy resources, energy resources, frost-free period, the basic characteristics of water resources and changes in trend analysis. The results show that:Over the past 53 years, annual sunshine hours in Liaoning Province show a significant downward trend, cyclical fluctuations show obvious decreasing trend, and the overall fluctuations, is different in each season, spring and autumn to reduce to smaller, summer in winter to decrease a little bigger, especially in the winter sunshine to reduce a large extent.1971 to 2000 in 30 years, the average temperature every 10 years in Liaoning temperature rose 0.27~0.67℃, warming trend is quite obvious; average maximum temperature rise every 10 years,0.11~0.47℃, also showed an upward trend, warming in spring biggest, followed by winter and summer temperature range of the minimum;(?)0℃accumulated temperature(?)10℃and increases gradually increased. After 1993, the frost-free period is 165~188 days, showing a longer trend, frost-free period averaging 10 years and 6 days, all over the distribution of annual frost-free period for the coastal areas of Liaodong long frost-free period, decreasing from southwest to northeast. Nearly 53 years, the average annual precipitation over Liaoning tended to decrease with time, averaging 10 years to reduce 13.6mm, and there is a clear step change and geographical distribution; water resources than the overall deficit does not appear in summer, the rest of the season there were deficit, water deficit in spring is the most serious in Liaoning season, most of the situation although water deficit can be reversed in the summer, but most areas in western Liaoning, or not enough water, climate warming, less precipitation drought area increased.Affected by climate wanning, the industry a lot, but the most affected, was undoubtedly the most sensitive agriculture. This article discusses the climate warming on crop structure, natural world, climate, soil quality, agricultural water resources, crop pests and diseases, the impact of crop production and climate warming, extreme weather and frequent meteorological disasters.Climate warming effects on agriculture in Liaoning can be said that advantages and disadvantages. Based on long years, multi-site measured data, a number of meteorological factors on changes in a comprehensive system of long-term research and climate warming on the adverse effects of agriculture in Liaoning, put forward countermeasures and suggestions, Liaoning Agricultural adaptation to climate change, while avoiding disadvantages, disaster prevention and mitigation provide an important reference.
