During the20th century, The climatic change is one of the most popular subject concerned by the scientist, policy designer and the public. The climatic change becomes the most sensitive factor to the agriculture. China is a high frequency agrometeorological hazard happened country, and the characteristic are little amount of per capita farmland resource, underdeveloped agriculture economy, insufficient adaptation capacity and more influence from the climatic change to the agriculture. So, it is very important to research the influences of climatic change on agriculture environment and production, under the background of global climate becoming warm. By gathering the meteorological data from1961to2010of the seven stations, include Qingdao, Laoshan, Jimo, Jiaozhou, Jiaonan, Pingdu, Laixi, the basic characteristic and the changing trend of the Qingdao’s agroclimatic resources, and the influences to the agriculture environment and production have been analyzed. The results are as follows:First, during the recent50years, the change of sunshine hours trends decrease, it is more evident in summer, and not evident in spring; The year-mean-temperature increased evidently, especially in spring and winter. The sudden warm change point is in1988. The mean of daily maximum temperature is higher in the north part, and lower in the south seaside area. The mean of daily minimum temperature is higher in the south seaside area, and lower in the north part. The accumulated temperature of≥0℃and≥10℃are higher in the south seaside area, and lower in the north mountain area. The nonfrost period is longer and become longer in the south seaside area, but shorter and less change in the north area. Precipitation Spatial-temporal distribution is very uninformed, from time aspect, rainfall mostly happens in summer, from spatial aspect, more precipitation in the south seaside, but less in the north mountain area. The rainfall amount is decreased during the last50years.Second, The restricting factor for Qingdao’s net primary productivity of vegetable will be as follows: The increase of the rainfall is not synchronous as the temperature; Extreme weather incident becomes more year and year; especially the agriculture lose becomes more because of the drought and torrential rain; For the climate warming, the crop pests and diseases become serious.Third, during the recent50years, the temperature rise of Qingdao is evident, but the rainfall amount decreased. Qingdao is one of the seriously water-lack cities, the crop water lack becomes serious, all these are harmful to crop growth; For the climate warming, the suitable sowing time of triticum aestivum in Qingdao had been put back, before it’s September23to October5, but now delayed as October1to8; Because of influence of more extreme weather incident, climate warming becomes serious to the agricultural facility; Climate change has its reverse, for one thing, heat resource becomes more abundant, which enrich the development of agricultural of characteristic agriculture; For another, the nonuniformity of seasonal rainfall and the more extreme weather incidents are harmful to agricultural production. In brief, during the recent50years in Qingdao, the climate becomes warm and drought, which have both advantages and disadvantages for agricultural environment and production. The analysis from the thesis can be the scientific basis, which is used for dealing with the agricultural meteorology problems which is caused by climate warming in Qingdao area.
