Myxomycetes are the special and important groups in the eukaryotes. The composition contains naphthalene quinonoids class pigment, alkaloids, sterol, unsaturated acids, and has fight bacteria, antitumor, inhibiting cell toxicity functions. Because of its life cycle shows fungi characteristics and animal characteristics, making it the status of the biological world has not been uniform:whether the fungus myxomycetes, or protozoa is always Taxonomy academics keen to discuss a topic, but also in phylogenetic analysis of Myxomycetes key issues must be addressed. In this study, the phylogenetic relationships among the main groups of Myxomycetes could provide a theoretical basis for reveal the origin and evolution of Myxomycetes. In this study, Materials collected from around Changchun, Jilin Province, Shulan, Panshi, Huadian, Tonghua, Ji'an, An'tu, Dunhua, Changbai Mountain, Qinling mountain location-based in Shanxi Province and Inner Mongolia Hailar were used for wet-chamber culture. And myxomycetes were obtained 7species of Myxomycetes. It was not only complements the information on individual development Myxomycetes, Myxomycetes more phylogenetic studies laid the foundation.Myxomycetes DNA was extracted by CTAB and Chelex-100, then by means of gel electrophoresis detection found that a good band, expanding the sources of DNA slime molds. Therefore, smaller form and limited resources for Myxomycetes, the use of ground glass rod method and Chelex-100 of extracting DNA are simple and effective methods. In this study, the first time in domestic and international network of Stemonitopsis subcaespitosa, Stemonitis typhina and Stemonitis splendens by molecular systematics research. In addition, the first time at home and abroad and were amplified and sequenced ITS and 12S areas. And the GeneBank accession number of Stemonitis typhina 12S area is HM102318. At the same time, also at home and abroad for the first time Diderma testaceum were amplified and sequenced 12S and 18S areas.
