The 21st century, biotechnology and information technology era, agriculture as a traditional industry, how to present the latest achievements of information technology applied to agricultural production and management aspects, the more effectively mint and make use of effective knowledge from farmland Spatial database, to science to guide land use and decision-making, so as to agricultural production and services become urgent to solve the public problems. In this paper, Taizhou Agricultural Resources Integrated Management Information System Construction in the background, to the knowledge of spatial data discovery and mining center to discuss, in-depth analysis of system requirements based on the WebGIS architecture is proposed based on the Integrated Management Information System of Agricultural Resources platform for the overall program, and introduced the platform, use case design, functional modules and systems development process; paper also carried out based on 3S technology Taizhou agricultural base geographic data mapping, and is proposed the data center design based on distributed data storage; the use of Native Bayes Statistical Inference Algorithm, carried out artificial intelligence data mining technology based on space research, to provide decision support services for the comprehensive utilization of agricultural resources, Taizhou City; through the use of C# language with ArcGIS Server the ADF framework, realized the way browser-based spatial analysis, spatial query, layer overlay, buffer analysis, features in editing functions, and make functional display.Research paper is the idea of making remote sensing data processing to the data center design, from the space management system development to a complete set of spatial data mining solution that greatly enhance the traditional WebGIS design space, and further enrich its capabilities, and on developing WebGIS field of study play a catalytic role.
