In this study, 64 strains if lactic acid bacteria were isolated from 43 samples if mild and mild Products collected from Horqin gras land the isolated rate was 1:1. 2~ Among them, 47 strains of lactie acid bacterih were identified in genus. They respectively belonged to lactobacillus (29strains), Enterococcus(l3strains).. lactococcus (2 strains) and pediococcus (3 strains).. 19 strains were further identified in species, They belonged to 12 species..L. vitulinus(4strains).. L. delbrueckii (2strains).. L. plantarum (2 strains) -. L. ruminis (lstrain) .. L. sake (1 strain).. E.dispar (1 strain).. E.mundtii(1 strain).. E.pseudoavium (1 strain).. E. faecium(3 strains)-. Lac. lactis subsp. cremoris (1 strain).Lac.lactis subsp.lactis(1 strain) and P. halophilus (1 strain).The results also revealed that the natual fermented yoghurt ,in this area is related with lactobacillaceae and Enterococcus.All strains which were isolated in this study were medium-temperature strains and could be used as startersin milk products.
