| Wild animals are necessary basic component in creature resources, and the most vivid embody of nature. Protecting and managing well wild animals is of very important significance for maintaining balance of ecology, protecting life variety, and accelerating the development of economy and international communication and cooperation, and sustained using forest resource. But, with personnel abusing wild animals and deforesting, life and inhabit of wild animals fall under serious threat and destroy. So that, protecting wild animals resource, protecting forest ecology environment, maintaining the mutual hometown of people is commonsense for people. But, at present the management means of wild animals resource is more laggard. Therefore, for being fit for the need of management modernization, computer software technology was combined with the development tool of Geography Information System (GIS) to create the management information system of wild animals resource investigation in this dissertation. It will found hard substance base for scientific management of wild animals resource to enforce and accurately grasp the time and space dynamic change and conditions of decreasing and increasing number of wild animals variety, for rationally protecting and managing wild animals resource in Shaanxi to afford effective management means and serving for enforcing the ecology environment construction of the west of China to recreate an blue-hill and green-water northwestern area.According to the theory of information system, this dissertation assays the feasibility and necessary of developing the wild animals management information system. Based on that, the system was analyzed, schemed and designed. The structure of system was analyzed and the basic thinking and technology route were probing that applying object-oriented program design method, event-run mechanism, and developing management information system of wild animals resource by using Microsoft Visual Basic language. Furthermore, the drawing of maps about the distribution of wild animals variety by applying of the second developing tools of Geography Information System (GIS) and the combination of prosperity data with spatial graph data were studied.The information system was based on GIS and developed by using life-cycle method of software developing under the direction of the theory of management information system. It consists concretely of data management, information finding, statistics analysis, special item applying, system asserting, help system modules and etc. Every module was run autonomously to improve the independence of the system in order to manage and assert the system. The wild animals resource investigation data can be inputted, stored, found and indexed, browsed and displayed, statistics analyzed, outputted, and the spatial information found and analyzed, and the maps of the distribution the wild animals fabricated. The object-oriented design theory and Graph User Interface (GUI) design technology were used in the system, so it was characteristic of mighty functions, friendly interface, simple use and easily mastery.If the system was applied in the practice, it will save extremely person, substance, money and time used in the management of wild animals, and afford effective and scientific management means for the wild animals management departments of Shaanxi to manage wild animals resource, and make them indeed be capable of grasping timely the number of wild animals resource and the change condition of varieties, thus to expound corresponding protection and management countermeasures to enforce the modernization, scientification. |
