This article briefly introduces the theory, advantages and main function of crosswell technology, and the developing statues of it. In this article, the author elaborates the operation method of crosswell in Block Shen95, and detailed analyses the designing of layout, identification of complicated wave field, gained data, field quality control measures and data processing & interpretation method. The author figures out that the crosswell technology can resolve geological difficulties for the development of oilfield, and the marketing foreground is broad.The receiving space and well space are two important parameters of crosswell layout designing. In this article, the surveying receiving space and well space is gained from the reasoning of formula. In order to observe the distribution of various radials of waves in wells, and to understand the folding layers and density of radials, we applied VC++6.0 tracing software, and made a good foundation for future layout designing.In this article the author conducts detailed analysis for field data acquisition process and data quality monitoring technology. In order to identify the complicated wave fields between wells, we conducted time-space curves equation derivation for several important waves. By analysis of the reasons of why the data is not coincident, we got the following quality monitoring measures: the first is, to choose wells with low noise as receiving wells; the second is to bring down the source sweep frequency segment; and the third is to conduct multiple stack.The crosswell seismic data processing mainly consists of two aspects: one is crosswell tomography imaging processing, and another is crosswell back wave stacking imaging processing. By means of processing of testing data, we got high frequency tomography velocity imaging and very high frequency stacking imaging of reflects.We use crosswell tomography imaging and reflect imaging compares with sound wave, density logging and lithology analysis to complete the interpretation of crosswell seismic data result. On the target-testing layer, the main frequency of effective wave reaches 150-450HZ, and the resolution reaches 2 to 5 meters, it is 20 to 5 times than seismic data gained on land, thus the geological difficulties is resolved, and the expectant geological target is accomplished.
