Courses are the collectivity of knowledge and experiences that will be taught to students. They are composed of education goal, basic knowledge and learning ways, and the basic of education plan for a university. They can induct the students to know the world, to understand themselves, to improve themselves and to develop their personality. From the angle of university, courses are the total program of teaching contents and processes that the university designed to realize its education goals. In order to realize the various education goals, different course frames will be designed firstly. Conduction of course frames is the key of practicing quality education.Depending on the characteristics of the epoch development and the requirement of quality education, a model for unifying of course frame of biological technology in agricultural university was brought forward which was based on a comparison of the course frames of biological technology in agricultural university between Japan and China with the methods of systematization, investigating, comparing and analyzing, and with the guidelines of pedagogy, psychology, modern theory of teaching and course.This dissertation include 4 parts:I. The current situations of course frame of biological technology were compared between the agricultural university of Japan and China by the examples of Tokyo Agriculture and Engineering University and Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.II. A reformation model for unifying of course frame of biological technology in agricultural university in China was brought forward. The model was mainly composed of the basic courses of arts and sciences, basic courses of speciallity, major courses , experiment courses and sports courses, and supplemented with some active and potential courses. These courses were related , influenced and intercrossed by each others. The course frame had the characteristics of integration, balance , flexibility , reasonableness and feasibility, and could perform the integrated function by optimizing the course structure, in order to raise the education quality.III. The guideline and construct fundamental for reforming of course frame of biological technology in agricultural university was brought forward.IV. The model for unifying of course frame of biological technology in agricultural university in China was proved.
