Decision maker is regarded as perfect rational people in the traditional normative decision theory. Their preference is based on a rational behavior axiom system. But it is suggested that the decision maker's behavior is not perfect rational according to behavior research. It's more obvious on multiobjectives decision. As a result of non-commensurability and contradiction on multiobjectives decision, decision behavior is more complicate. The value orientation and multiobjectives often are not consistent. Frequently there are paradoxes and nonuniform measurement in decision process. In order to making decision practically, we create a preference with multi-datum and nonuniform measurement. The preference is based on finite rational behavior while decision maker change datum to compare projects. So some multiobjectives decision methods are made based on lattice theory. And relative properties and application are discussed. What we have done in the dissertation is as followings:1. On projects' sets lattice An was constructed, and a preference "A" with multi-datum and nonuniform measurement was created.2. Preference " xi {xi,xj)xj " of pairwise comparison was derived from preference " a", and the preference's transmission characteristic was analyzed.3. The preference "Xi {xi,xj}xj " was improved by method of minimumsquares, so we have a multiobjectve decision method of pairwise comparision based on lattice theory.4. TOPSIS method was improved by the preference " A", and we created a TOPSIS method with a stepwise variable weight and multi-datum.5. ELECTRE method of MADM was used to risk decision, so ELECTRE method of risk decision was created.
